Daniel W. McKay
Daniel W. McKay graduated with Distinguished Honors from Boise State University with degrees in History and Political Science. He then went on to attend Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law, where he graduated in 2000. Between the years of 2000-2005, he was admitted to the Utah, Idaho, and Nevada state and federal bar associations. Dan was the chair of the litigation section for the Utah based law firm, Ascione Heideman & McKay, overseeing the trial court practice of the firm’s fifteen attorneys throughout its five offices, before undertaking private practice in 2013 with his present firm, Daniel W. McKay & Associates. He currently serves on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Board. Daniel has been practicing law for 25 years along the Wasatch front with offices in Spanish Fork and South Jordan. Dan is an adrenaline junkie - loves to win - but hates losing even more.

Miles Gevas
Miles Gevas graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science with an emphasis on public law and a minor in constitutional studies from Utah Valley University. He then graduated with a juris doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2023. Before attending law school, Miles worked as a correctional officer for the Utah Department of Corrections. While serving the community he developed an interest in the law and the judicial system that ultimately propelled him to law school. During law school Miles worked as a law clerk in a civil litigation firm, where he assisted litigation attorneys in researching complex legal issues, attended mediations, prepared motions and briefings, attended hearings, and participated in all stages of litigation. Miles joined Daniel W. McKay and Associates in January 2023, as a law clerk and stayed as an associate attorney post-graduation. Miles primarily focuses on civil litigation including contracts, torts, real estate, and business transactions.
Kevin Coombs

Heather Schriever
Heather J. Schriever is a trusted legal advocate and adviser. She has extensive experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the Schriever Law Firm, Heather was the City Attorney for Orem City where she managed the legal department for one of Utah’s largest municipalities.
