Since joining Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz from 2005 through December 2017, Pierre has resolved cases for the injured in excess of $75 million. $39 million involved semi-trucks or commercial vehicle crashes and $19 million involved wrongful death cases. He has resolved 14 cases of $1 million or more with 2 cases over $4 million and 27 cases between $500,000 and $1 million. His highest individual award is $8.5 million. As a prosecutor, he tried cases such as first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, and other violent crimes to jury verdict. He used that training to defend individuals charged with first-degree murder, cocaine and marijuana trafficking, and other violent crimes. He now only uses that trial experience to be the voice for the injured. This litigation expertise has led to Pierre spearheading the Firm’s prosecution of Federal Multidistrict Litigation class action cases involving securities fraud and defective pharmaceuticals.
