Ned Siegfried

A founding partner and co-owner of Siegfried & Jensen since 1990, Ned Siegfried earned a B.A. in history from the University of Utah in 1980 and a J.D. from Brigham Young University in 1983. He has been a proud member of the Utah State Bar since 1983 and has practiced law in Utah his entire career. He finds gratification in helping injured people and enjoys teaching religion classes at the Utah State Prison.

R. Matthew Feller

Matt has stood toe-to-toe with corporations, trucking companies, hospitals, doctors, schools, nursing homes and care facilities, drivers, and government entities throughout his career to effectuate change. When wrongdoers violate safety rules and then run from accountability or try to escape responsibility for their actions Matt forces accountability; forcing these wrongdoers to pay the full and fair compensation in order make the injured party whole; forcing the wrongdoers to change behavior, policies, procedures, and practices in order to prevent reoccurrence of the bad act making our communities safer for all of us. Matt Feller was born and raised in Layton, Utah and has been litigating injury cases since 2009 where he has been involved in complex injury litigation in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Florida.

Robert J. DeBry

Robert J. DeBry was the founder of Robert J. DeBry & Associates. During his successful career, he practiced law in Salt Lake City for more than 45 years and built one of the most recognized law firms in our state. His efforts throughout his career to provide quality legal service to our community are unmatched. He founded the firm in 1980.

Adam Dougherty

At Feller & Wendt, Adam is responsible for trying the firm’s most complicated and difficult cases along with his partner and friend, R. Matthew Feller. Adam Dougherty has been involved in the legal system for over 30 years, first as a corrections officer in 1993, then a parole officer / probation officer and finally in 2004 he became a trial lawyer.

Thaddeus W. Wendt

Steven R Bangerter

Steven R. Bangerter was the founding member of Bangerter Frazier Group and retired in 2020. He was recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of the top 100 litigation lawyers in Utah. His career focused on advocating for churches and non-profit entities. Before law, he was a Radiation Therapist, receiving the American Registry of Radiologic Technology’s Blue Ribbon Award in 1986. He joined Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog in 1993, becoming a Partner and Board Member, managing a team in insurance defense, professional negligence, and catastrophic injury cases. He was recognized by A.M. Best Company’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and was a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at California State University at Fullerton and Saddleback College.

Kevin Swenson

Kevin Swenson is an award-winning Utah injury attorney and co-founding partner of Swenson & Shelley. With over 30 years of experience, he uses his background as a former insurance defense lawyer to fight for injured individuals, helping clients recover and rebuild after serious accidents. Kevin was raised in Bountiful, Utah. After graduating from Bountiful High School, Kevin attended business school at Westminster College.
