Steven A. Adler received a JD degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. Lara Z. Moriarty

Lara Z. Moriarty earned her B.A. in Law and Society in 1995 and attended New England School of Law. She has served as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant City Attorney, and has extensive litigation experience defending public entities, law enforcement, and in medical malpractice and personal injury defense. She is also highly experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

David Sleigh

David Sleigh began practicing as a Public Defender in August 1983 and opened Sleigh Law in 1991. Over 38 years, he has tried hundreds of jury cases, civil and criminal, in various States and Federal Districts, including numerous acquittals in homicide, sexual assault, domestic assault, and DWI cases. His DWI advocacy led to significant changes in the State's blood/breath alcohol program. He has secured Vermont Supreme Court rulings expanding rights against self-incrimination, unlawful search, and unreasonable seizure, and established a private right of action for patients to sue health providers for breach of confidentiality. Nationally, he helped create a right of action for prisoners to sue prison doctors for medical malpractice and advocated for Guantanamo Bay detainee Abdul Zahir, leading to his release. David is committed to defending individual rights against unjust actions.
