Katharine B. Brereton

Katharine Brereton has a practice focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on the representation of governmental entities, business entities, and insurance companies in employment matters in state and federal court, both at the trial and appellate levels. She has a proven track record of successfully defending clients in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and reciprocal state agency.
