L. Shane Tompkins
Shane was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, where he was educated at St. Aloysius High School. He later attended Millsaps College, before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Shane began his law career as an associate attorney at Wilkins, Stephens & Tipton in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2003, Shane moved to Columbus, Mississippi, and began working at the Studdard Law Firm. Shane formed the Tompkins Law Firm in 2012 and today, primarily practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and criminal defense. Professionally, Shane is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Mississippi Public Defender's Association. In addition, he has been the Lowndes County Bar Association President and is currently the Board Attorney for Golden Triangle Waste Services. Shane served as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Aberdeen, Mississippi for almost 10 years and is currently the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Caledonia.

Kennedy Snyder
Originally from Grenada, Kennedy graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Political Science. She attended Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, before returning to Starkville to pursue a career as an attorney. Kennedy has been sworn in to the South Carolina and Mississippi Bar. She is currently awaiting being sworn into the Alabama Bar as well. Kennedy oversees our litigation division, managing client relations, drafting documents, and preparing for trial. In her free time, Kennedy enjoys spending time with her dog, Charlie, and taking him to new places. She also enjoys hanging out with her friends, going to Mississippi State University ball games, and working out.

Chance C. Fair
Chance was born and raised in Columbus, Mississippi where he graduated from New Hope High School. He then attended The University of Mississippi, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Homeland Security and a minor in History. Chance continued his education at the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Chance primarily practices in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, will/estates, and divorce/custody. Chance is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and The Young Lawyers Division. Chance is excited to return to Columbus, the community he and his family have called home for so long. Chance enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Delta and Dockett, cheering for Ole Miss sports, and the Atlanta Braves.

Mark T. Jackson
Mark T. Jackson is a native of Glasgow, Kentucky. In his undergraduate studies at Georgetown College, Mark was a Trustees Scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetonian while earning a Bachelor of Arts in English. Mark earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in May of 2008. During law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and served as a law clerk intern under Chief Justice John D. Minton of the Kentucky Supreme Court. Prior to joining Tompkins Law Firm, Mark was an assistant district attorney for the 16th Circuit District Attorney’s Office. During his time as a prosecutor, Mark tried dozens of criminal trials involving felony offenses including murder, sexual battery, drug offenses, child abuse, armed robbery and aggravated assault. For the past several years at Tompkins Law Firm, Mark has enjoyed a broad practice in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, family law and social security disability. He has represented clients before courts throughout the state of Mississippi, as well as before various boards and agencies. Mark is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Oktibbeha County Bar Association, Columbus-Lowndes County Bar Association, and represents law enforcement officers as a Southern States Police Benevolent Association network attorney. Mark has also taught various classes and seminars to law enforcement officers related to criminal and civil law updates throughout the Golden Triangle. Mark has been licensed to practice law throughout the state of Mississippi for nearly 20 years. He is the Youth Court Prosecutor for both Oktibbeha and Lowndes Counties. He also serves as a Board member for Sally Kate Winters Family Services in West Point, Mississippi.

C Marty Haug is a general practice attorney in Starkville & West Point, MS.
