Michael J. Sipos

Mr. Sipos has been living in the Federated States of Micronesia practicing law and raising a family for the past 26 years. Michael started his career in 1990 as a California trial attorney and product liability specialist at a large Los Angeles area law firm. He came to Pohnpei in 1998 on a planned one-year leave of absence from the U.S. to serve as the FSM Supreme Court's General Counsel. Mr. Sipos stayed on at the Court for three years, however, before making a permanent move to Micronesia re-entering private practice in 2001 and establishing his own law firm.

Virginia Gillmore is originally from Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. She has worked at Fidelis Law Droit throughout her law career, and is now a Partner with the firm. Virginia has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of PEI, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. She graduated law school in 2017 and was admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2018. She now manages a busy practice covering a variety of areas of law including personal injury, slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents, concussions, PTSD and sexual assault, cases involving minors, Class Action, CPP Disability Appeals, Property Insurance Claims, Judgment Enforcement, and Professional disciplinary matters. Virginia understands the importance of active communication with clients and believes it is key to obtaining a satisfying resolution to legal matters.
