John McPherson

Ben Watson

Ben is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in criminal law, and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. He serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Law Institute Criminal Law Section, and is also a member of Liberty Victoria and Australian Lawyers for Human Rights. Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and undertook practical legal training with the College of Law. Ben has studied International Human Rights Law in Argentina on exchange and completed work placements with the Australian Building and Construction Commission. Ben enjoys advocating for clients and ensuring their legal interests are well protected. Ben understands that the legal process can be overwhelming and assists clients with obtaining the best results possible through calm and measured advice. Outside of work, Ben plays football for Lilydale Falcons, is an avid cyclist, and enjoys pottering in his veggie garden.

Adam Elbob is an Associate who holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology and minoring in Policy Studies. He completed his Practical Legal Training and is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Victoria, with experience in community legal centers and private practice.
