Jeffrey R. Garvin

Jeffrey R. Garvin is a retired Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with over 30 years of experience in catastrophic injury and death cases, achieving multiple verdicts exceeding $1 Million. Leland E. Garvin

Leland Eric Garvin is a Florida native and second-generation trial attorney. He began his legal career as a State Prosecutor, gaining extensive trial experience. He co-founded Garvin Injury Law with his father. He has been recognized as "one of the best up and coming attorneys" by Florida Trend Magazine (2009), a Top Young Lawyer in Florida by Florida Super Lawyers (since 2010), and one of the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association (2012). He is a member of several professional associations including the American Association for Justice, Calusa American Inn of Court, Lee County Bar Association, and Florida Justice Association. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Colorado, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Richard Eddington

I’ve always been driven to help others, but I first realized that my calling was that of a personal injury attorney at a very young age. As a young child, I watched my father, who was a high school teacher and basketball coach, attend law school during his summer vacation and on nights and weekends. He worked round the clock to help support his family and complete strangers alike, and his dedication to helping others was so profound, that I knew I had to follow in his footsteps. He worked hard to achieve his goals and he showed not only me, but also my brother and sister, who are also personal injury attorneys, just how rewarding the life of a personal injury attorney can be. Determined to help represent individuals and their families who have been victims of personal injury or involved in wrongful death accidents, I set off to attend law school where I not only received my law degree, but also got a taste of what it’s like to be on the receiving end of someone else’s negligence. After being involved in a severe rear-end car accident, I suffered from a herniated disc in my neck. The result of the herniation has led to decades of both conservative and aggressive care, including both a one-level cervical spine fusion and a three-level cervical spine fusion. My life was forever changed by that car accident, and I know first-hand what it’s like to suffer an injury that causes lifelong chronic pain and suffering, through no fault of my own. My personal experience, coupled with my upbringing, has given me even more motivation to fight for my clients.

R. Blake Brunkenhoefer

Robert “Blake” Brunkenhoefer is a second generation South Texas trial lawyer noted for litigating personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of accident victims and their families. He has been practicing trial law since 1992, he has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts in several states, and he maintains an active, national practice. Blake has successfully resolved thousands of cases, many of which have resulted in substantial verdicts or settlements for his clients. While Blake clearly enjoys his work, he is also a devoted husband and father. He and his wonderful wife, Tracey, have raised four amazing children and maintain a close-knit, but adventurous family: Their oldest daughter graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) and has since worked in Phoenix/Tempe, Arizona; their oldest son is now enrolled at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ); and their youngest kids - boy/girl twins - enjoy tennis as they pursue their studies at Flour Bluff High School and prepare for their own college careers at Arizona State University and life thereafter. The Brunkenhoefers enjoy time at home on the water, but travel frequently as a family, usually to pursue their passions for snowboarding and hiking.

Casey Gartland

Casey Gartland is a Litigation & Trial Attorney at Garvin Injury Law, focusing on personal injury cases. He graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2018. Prior to joining Garvin Injury Law in Q1 2024, he gained significant trial experience as a certified legal intern and successfully resolved cases totaling over $8 million at previous firms. He was named to 'Top 40 Under 40' by The National Trial Lawyers Association in Florida (2021-2024) and a 'Rising Star' by Super Lawyers (2023, 2024). He is actively involved with the Lee County Bar Association, serving as President of its Young Lawyers Division in 2023.

Bradley P. Pollock

Brad Pollock is a co-founding principal partner of Bell & Pollock, PC. He is a main participant in Civil Litigation, regularly appearing in court and advocating for clients. He has successfully tried cases throughout Colorado, obtaining million-dollar verdicts. He has argued cases before the Colorado Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and District Courts. A Colorado native, he attended the University of Denver for his graduate and law degrees. He began his legal career in insurance defense, then general litigation, before focusing on plaintiff's personal injury, including car accidents, commercial truck accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. He has over 40 years of experience and is dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people.

Hanna Bledsoe

Hanna Bledsoe knew personal injury was her calling since the day she started law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. During her time in law school, she was president of the Health Law Society and interned at a personal injury firm for two years. After graduating, she moved to Denver and began working as a personal injury attorney. Before joining Eddington Law Firm in Denver, Ms. Bledsoe gained invaluable law experience and was able to work alongside seasoned attorneys on multi-million-dollar cases. During this time, she worked on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability cases, trucking collisions, and dog bite incidents. She also maintains a board seat for CTLA, is an active member of AAJ including the subdivision for TBI Litigation Group. Ms. Bledsoe is passionate about the work she does fighting for her clients. When she is not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking with her two Alaskan Klee Kai, and traveling. We are very pleased to welcome her!
