Steven M. Corson

Steven M. Corson, a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, obtained two degrees from the University of Minnesota and a Doctorate of Law from William Mitchell College of Law. He founded Corson Law Offices LLC in Preston, MN in 1978 and expanded to Stewartville in 1986. He has served as a counselor to several small cities, townships, and school districts. Noteworthy cases include a $6.8 million personal injury recovery, a $960,000 judgment for inadequate medical care, and a successful appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court for an inverse condemnation action.

Dan Honsey

A lawyer since 1992, Dan has extensive experience in a wide range of cases. He has tried cases involving divorce, custody, parenting time, human rights act, business disputes, contracts, mechanic’s liens, trade secrets, employment, criminal and personal injury matters. Chris Kleiman

Chris enjoys meeting clients and understanding their individual situations and needs in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. He focuses his practice on helping small businesses and individuals to meeting both their short term needs and achieving longer-term goals using the legal system. He also devotes considerable amount of his practice to small business and farm succession planning, as well as helping families deal with nursing home costs and applying for Medical Assistance. Chris grew up in Blaine. He served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard for five years and taught English in Japan for two years prior to attending law school. An attorney since 1997, he worked for Liberty Diversified Industries in New Hope before joining the firm in 2002.

Eric S. Corson

Eric S. Corson assists clients with estate planning, real estate, and probate matters. Since 2003, he has prepared and filed over one thousand Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions including refinancing, sales, purchases, contracts for deed, easements, and title work. Eric is a founding board member of the Preston Area Arts Council (PAAC) and an active member of Christ Lutheran Church, having also started a non-profit called Upper Room.

Justin S. Corson

Justin S. Corson graduated from Luther College in 2005 and St. Thomas School of Law in 2008, practicing law since 2010. Sene Zupke

Sene joined Kraft Walser Law Office in 2008 after earning her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Sene enjoys helping her clients with the purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial and residential property, drainage issues, farm succession and estate planning, probate and trust matters, and the creation of new business entities. As an owner of a family farm, her agricultural background gives her a unique perspective on the complex issues involved in owning and operating a multi-generational farming operation. Sene is also able to provide closing and title insurance services as an independent agent for Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., as part of her real estate practice.
