Frederick Lawrence “Fred” Boettcher

Frederick Lawrence “Fred” Boettcher, long-time Ponca City resident, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 9, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 80. He fought for the rights of accident victims for over 50 years. In 1967, Fred partnered with David R. Garrison to establish the Ponca City law firm of Boettcher and Garrison. He limited his law practice to Plaintiff Personal Injury and Claimant Workers Compensation Litigation.
