Paul S. Martin attended Oklahoma State University and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1978. He subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1984. In 1987, Paul S. Martin received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and spent the following 30 years fighting for his clients’ rights. Joshua I. Peach

Joshua I. Peach graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2005 before pursuing his law degree and earning the dean’s list distinction at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Frederick Lawrence “Fred” Boettcher, long-time Ponca City resident, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 9, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 80. He fought for the rights of accident victims for over 50 years. In 1967, Fred partnered with David R. Garrison to establish the Ponca City law firm of Boettcher and Garrison. He limited his law practice to Plaintiff Personal Injury and Claimant Workers Compensation Litigation.
