Jacob Nalbandyan

As the co-founder of Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, partner Jacob Nalbandyan heads the Employment Litigation department of Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, comprised of the labor and employment fields of law. With his passion and desire for leveling the playing field between everyday employees against multi-million dollar corporate employers, Mr. Nalbandyan co-founded Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP to study, perfect, and implement the rights of employees. Mr. Nalbandyan is a trial lawyer and has dedicated his entire legal career to the aggressive representation of employees in cases involving wages, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, and other employment and labor-related legal matters against employers nationwide. Having litigated hundreds of employment and labor cases for his clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts across Southern California, Mr. Nalbandyan is well versed in the complexities of employment and labor law, both from a legal and practical standpoint. As such, Mr. Nalbandyan has been able to maximize the outcome for his clients in legal disputes against their existing or former employers in many types of class actions and single-plaintiff cases. Viridiana Aceves

Viridiana E. Aceves is a distinguished Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Law in Levin & Nalbandyan Trial Lawyers. She obtained her Juris Doctor (JD) from Southwestern Law School in 2017, where she graduated with honors and was among the top 10% of her generation. During her time at Southwestern, she received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Constitutional Law and the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship for her academic achievements. Her participation in the Moot Court Honors Program as a member of the Board of Governors further demonstrated her legal acumen. Ms. Aceves completed her undergraduate studies at Mount St. Mary's University, where she earned a Bachelor of Political Science with honors in 2014. Her exceptional performance was recognized with the Sister Rose Catherine Clifford Award for Excellence in Political Science, the Dr. Ronald J. Oard Award for Excellence in Analytical Skills, and the Outstanding Scholarship in Political Science award. She also won first place in the California Classic Moot Court Championship and received the Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher Scholarship. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Ms. Aceves is an active member of several professional associations, such as CAALA, CELA, BHBA, MABA, and LLBA. She is dedicated to community service, collaborating as a volunteer coach for the Mount St. Mary's University Mock Trial Team and participating in the Los Angeles Law Library's "Lawyers in the Library" program, where she offers free legal consultations to individuals without legal representation. Ms. Aceves has also made notable contributions as a guest speaker on The Lawyers Guild radio show, discussing the role of women in the workplace during Women's History Month. Gerardo Moreno

Gerardo is a personal injury lawyer at Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, with over 12 years of experience in personal injury. Gerardo has the distinct experience of being an investigator prior to becoming an attorney. This particular experience allows him to look at cases from a different perspective which then translates into more favorable results for his clients. Gerardo was born and raised in Southern California. He is a proud Bruin, having earned his degree in Political Science from UCLA, and his law degree from Southwestern Law School, here in Los Angeles. Aside from knowing how to thoroughly prepare and navigate a personal injury case, Gerardo prioritizes getting to know each client in order to best understand their unique needs. Levon Kantzabedian

Levon Kantzabedian is a distinguished Associate Attorney at Levin & Nalbandyan Trial Lawyers, known for his extensive experience in personal injury law. He earned his J.D. from University of Arizona, and B.A. from University of California Los Angeles. Levon is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Active in the legal community, Levon is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Armenian Bar Association. His practice areas include personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, physical assault on private or public property, and lawsuits against entities for dangerous conditions of public property. While his publications and pro bono work are forthcoming, Levon enjoys a range of hobbies including traveling, attending comedy shows, hiking, strength training, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Ann Arakelyan

Ann Arakelyan, Esq., is a skilled Worker’s Compensation Attorney with a background in workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients and achieving justice in every case that she handles. Ann began her academic journey at the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Graduating on the Dean’s List with honors, Ann demonstrated her commitment to her future career in the legal field by being an active member of Pre-Law Society. Ann was also an active member of Tau Sigma Honors Society, Gamma Sigma Alpha Honors Society, Armenian Student’s Association, and Alpha Gamma Alpha. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where she was actively involved in the Armenian Law Student’s Association, Animal Legal Defense Fund, Latino Law Student’s Association, and Women’s Law. After receiving her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern, Ann became a member of the California State Bar. Outside of her legal practice, Ann enjoys a wide range of activities. She was a professional dancer for years growing up, and continues to be a part of the dance community today. She also loves going to the gym, Pilates, and hiking. When she has availability, Ann loves going to amusement parks and traveling the world to explore new destinations and experience different cultures. Additionally, she has a keen interest in sports cars, video games, and movies.

Gor Asryan

Attorney Gor Asryan is a skilled personal injury lawyer who has made a name for himself, representing individuals who have been harmed by another party’s negligence or wrongdoing. During his time away from the courtroom and the office, he serves as a coach at Olympic Reserves Water Polo. Olympic Reserves Water Polo is a non-profit organization where Mr. Asryan has volunteered since he was 18 years old. He is honored to work with athletes who strive to better themselves not only as water polo players but also as human beings. Even outside of the pool, he helps these athletes by mentoring them throughout their college careers. Mr. Asryan is an associate attorney with the firm.
