Steven B. Boris

Attorney Steve Boris is a founding member of the Firm. He concentrates in many areas of civil law including personal injury, maritime, business, employment law and alternative dispute resolution, practicing both in and out of courtrooms. He is AV® Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Boston Magazine for the years 2006 - 2020. He sits as an arbitrator or mediator for Massachusetts state and Federal courts, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Arbitration Association. He was an Adjunct Professor at Lasell University and a Visiting Professor of Law at Petrozavodsk State University, also teaching at Odessa National Academy of Law. He served as Hearing Officer for the Board of Bar Overseers.

Lawrence L. Krasnow

Attorney Larry Krasnow is a founding member of the Firm. He concentrated in civil law including personal injury, wills and trusts, elder law, real estate and arbitration. Larry had represented parties in thousands of personal injury cases for three decades. He was an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau deciding disputes arising between businesses and their consumers. Larry was also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. Retired from practice in 2017.

William J. Keller, Jr.

Attorney Bill Keller is a founding member of the Firm. He leads the Firm’s real estate practice and annually closes tens of millions of dollars in mortgage loans. He is an agent of national title insurance companies. Within the firm’s personal injury specialty, he concentrates in Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability. He litigates cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and regularly represents disabled individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. He has served his community as an elected town official, including Selectman, Planning Board member, and Board of Assessors member. He also volunteers on the board of a local food pantry.

Mark W. Helwig

Attorney Mark Helwig has been a practicing lawyer since 1993, and has lived in Massachusetts since 1995. Our law offices are located in Sudbury and Framingham Massachusetts. Mr. Helwig represent people primarily in civil and criminal litigations. His practice includes civil and criminal trials, personal injury cases with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, juvenile offenses, motor vehicle offenses, and DWI defense. Mr. Helwig is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts as well as Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Metrowest Bar Associations, Member of the Board of Directors for Middlesex Defense Attorneys, and a Harvard Law Trial Advocacy Workshop Instructor.

Kristen established Dionisi / O’Rourke, LLP in January 2006 with Robert F. Dionisi, Jr. Her practice includes conveyancing, purchase and sale transactions, and various litigation aspects such as contract matters, personal injury actions, and land disputes. She serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and various agencies. She previously worked as an Assistant Attorney General handling civil litigation (eminent domain, contract matters, personal injury claims) and as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting criminal matters.

Jackeline Meireles

Attorney Jackeline Meireles has dedicated her career to helping individuals facing criminal charges, family law matters, and who have suffered injury obtain the best outcome possible in their cases. She has significant courtroom experience conducting trials, arguing motions, and case dispositions. She is passionate about solving problems and treats every interaction with opposing party and the court as an opportunity obtain some advantageous outcome for her clients. She takes a client centered approach to her resolving her client’s cases, prioritizing their needs, input, and ensuring they understand every aspect of their case and strategy.

Bob specializes in residential and commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. He is an approved closing attorney for many mortgage lenders and has handled thousands of real estate transactions in Massachusetts. He co-manages the firm’s litigation practice, focusing on Probate and Divorce litigation, civil litigation (construction, business, domestic disputes), and provides counsel on estate planning and business strategies. He also serves as outside counsel to national title insurance companies. He founded Dionisi/O’Rourke, LLP in 2006.
