Roger Hawkes graduated from the University of Washington in 1968 with a degree in Business Administration and in 1973 with his Juris Doctor degree. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant before starting Hawkes Law Firm. He has served on the Shoreline School Board, the Board of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and as a judge or arbitrator. He is a member of numerous sections of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations.

Gavin West focuses his practice on helping families preserve, manage, and transfer assets, including estate planning, probate, wills, trusts, and elder law. He earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Tax LL.M. from the University of Washington, specializing in estate planning and business taxation. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting Major, magna cum laude, from Weber State University.
