Timothy Bailey

Practicing since 1991, Tim Bailey centers his practice on the dignity and safety of workers. Born and raised in the heart of coal country, he understands the dangers in workplaces and the devastation those dangers can bring to workers and their families. He brings that blue collar background to clients seeking justice in Georgia and throughout the country. He has handled major cases such as the Upper Big Branch, Sago and Aracoma Mine Disasters and the Ghent Little General Store Explosion. He vigorously represents the families of workers and others who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of wrongful acts. He has represented clients from states throughout the country. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Kentucky and West Virginia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Kentucky Association for Justice and he is a past president of the West Virginia Association for Justice (WVAJ) and continues to serve on its Board of Governors. Nationally, he is a member of the American Association for Justice and is a member of its national Board of Governors. He is a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Lee Javins

Lee Javins has spent the last 25+ years primarily representing injured workers and their survivors. Most cases involve some combination of workplace liability and product liability involving heavy equipment accidents, logging, electrical injuries and coal mining. Lee also represents individuals who have been badly injured or killed as a result of automotive defects. He is AV-Preeminent rated from Martindale Hubbell, an award given only to those who are peer-rated for the highest level of professional excellence. Over his career, Lee has established a successful track record of securing highly favorable results, recovering millions of dollars of damages on behalf of his clients.

Robert Noone

Robert Noone has represented injured workers from “day one” in a legal career that began over 25 years ago. A past partner in the labor law firm of Crandall & Pyles, he formed Robert Noone Legal Services (1989) in Logan, WV, continuing his primarily focus on workers compensation and social security. He has served as a past chairperson of the State Bar Workers Compensation Committee and lectured for bar and professional associations on topics of workers compensation, occupational pneumoconiosis and law office management. He also enjoys a concentration in juvenile law and is a founding member and current Chairperson of the Logan County Child Advocacy Center. Since 2003, Robert Noone has worked in close association with Bailey, Javins & Carter, L.C., serving in the capacity “of counsel” to them in the Logan community. On the not-so-serious side, Noone is known nationally as an entertainer in the legal world touring with “The Bob Noone Show”.

Linda Nelson Garrett

Linda Garrett has represented injured workers for 31 years, primarily in workers compensation and personal injury claims. She was a Bar Foundation Fellow of the year 2009. She is a member of the WV State Bar & WV AAJ. A former member of the House of Delegates & former elected prosecuting attorney for Webster County, WV. Linda Garrett has dedicated her career to representing injured workers.

Taylor M. Norman

Taylor’s practice focuses on helping those that have been harmed through the negligence of others. He spent several years as a law clerk at Bailey, Javins & Carter and now as an associate at the firm, he is committed to becoming an impassioned advocate for his clients.
