Catherine La Fleur
Attorney Catherine La Fleur specializes in civil litigation, family law, alternative dispute resolution and appellate law. La Fleur Law is a certified woman-owned firm through the National Association of Women and Minority Owned Law Firms. She has presented three times at their national seminars on trial-related topics. She is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the NBTA. She was an adjunct professor of law at Marquette for twenty years, teaching litigation-related courses. She is a member of National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She was the Wisconsin Bar’s Chair of the Litigation Board, served two terms on the Bar’s Board of Governors, and was an elected member of Wisconsin Judicial Council for six years. She also received her mediation training from Harvard Law School’s Program of Instruction for Lawyers. In 2014, Ms. La Fleur participated in the Joint Legislative Council’s Study Committee on the Transfer of Structured Settlements. She spent six years on the Special Preliminary Review Committee of the Office of Lawyer Regulation. In 2016, she was appointed by Justice Roggensack to a committee formed to study the Office of Lawyer Regulation. Catherine has graded bar exams for the Board of Bar Examiners for over a decade. She served on the Board of the Milwaukee Bar Association as well as the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin. She is a member of the Fellows Foundation of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association. She is currently on the State Bar’s Appellate Practice Board and is the incoming Secretary for the Senior Lawyer’s Division Board. Ms. La Fleur is past president of the Association of Marquette University Women and the Marquette University National Alumni Association Board. She is past president of the Marquette University Law School’s Alumni Association Board. She is long-time member of Professional Dimensions, having held the position of Vice President of Administration. Her practice involves a substantial amount of appellate work, having argued before Districts I and II Courts of Appeal, resulting in favorable published decisions. She has tried numerous jury trials involving personal injury, product liability, fire, eminent domain, divorce, abuse of process, legal negligence, probate, and real estate misrepresentation.

Todd A. Terry
Attorney Todd A. Terry earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and his law degree at Marquette University. His practice at Terry & Nudo, LLC, concentrates on civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, and construction law. Todd has adjudicated cases in nearly every circuit court in Wisconsin, Wisconsin Federal courts, and argued cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, he gained national recognition for litigating cases pertaining to gambling laws. Todd also serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Village of Waterford, the Town of Burlington, the Town of Wheatland, and the Village of Salem Lakes. Before transitioning to a career in law, Todd was a police sergeant for the City of Racine Police Department. In addition to his role with the firm and his family involvement, Todd is a board member of the Kenosha Achievement Center. He is also a founding member of the Burlington Demon Gridiron Club.

Dan A. Riegleman
Attorney Dan A. Riegleman graduated from Wisconsin Law School in 1985 and received his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1981 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He established Riegleman Law Offices in 1996, having practiced law since 1985. His practice emphasizes personal injury, estate planning, and probate, and he maintains an active trial practice. He is affiliated with State and County Bar organizations and National and State Trial Lawyers’ Associations. Since 1998, he has specialized in services for chiropractors and their patients, including publishing the 'Chiropractic Law' newsletter and website. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin and is recognized as a qualified attorney for chiropractic malpractice litigation in Wisconsin. Anthony Nudo

Anthony earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Carthage College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. His law degree was earned from Marquette University Law School. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Anthony was a real estate broker, earning numerous distinctions such as being named as a “Top 30 Under 30” Realtor® and Realtor® of the Year three times. Mackenzie M. Terry
Attorney Mackenzie M. Terry earned her undergraduate degree in finance from the University of South Carolina. During her undergraduate studies, she also had the opportunity to study abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia. Mackenzie then graduated from law school at Marquette University and joined her father, Attorney Todd Terry, at Terry & Nudo, LLC. Her practice at Terry & Nudo involves civil litigation, business litigation, estate planning, municipal law, and small claims actions. Mackenzie currently serves as a board member for the Racine County Bar Association. She was heavily involved with the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority in college, where she held several leadership positions.

Michael Pollack
Michael A. Pollack serves as of counsel at La Fleur Law Office, bringing extensive experience in legal research, writing, editing, and quality control. He previously worked as a Legal Analyst at DWF Legal Operations from 2018 to 2024. Since 2009, Michael has been managing Michael Pollack Mediation Services, LLC, mediating civil disputes and serving as a certified arbitrator for FINRA and the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin. In his private practice, Michael represents individuals and small businesses in a variety of legal matters, including injury, commercial, consumer, employment, real estate, and insurance transactions. His prior experience includes roles at Lexis-Nexis Group, Cascino Vaughan Law Offices, and the Milwaukee County Corporation Counsel.

Ryan Dummann
Ryan A. W. Dummann is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Terry & Nudo, LLC in Kenosha. Ryan’s legal services concentrate on estate planning, family law, probate, trust administration and real estate matters. Ryan also serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Village of Twin Lakes. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2018. Prior to becoming an Attorney, Ryan worked as a police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department for ten years. Outside of his work as an attorney, Ryan has also been a member of the U.S. Army Reserves since 2004. He originally enlisted while attending Lawrence University, and was deployed to Iraq in 2007. In 2010 Ryan was mobilized to serve as a staff member at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Recently, he completed training at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School to become a judge advocate and served as an Administrative Law Attorney with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY.
