JOSEPH P. TUNSTALL

She earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was named a South Carolina Bar Foundation Public Interest Fellow. Chelsea is known for her client communication and advocacy.

SUSAN M. O’MALLEY
Susan M. O’Malley is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law and a partner at O’Malley Tunstall, PC. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is licensed in North Carolina, the District of Columbia, and several federal courts. Ms. O’Malley has successfully appealed Social Security disability cases in Federal District and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and a workers’ compensation case before the North Carolina Supreme Court. She is actively involved with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Association for Justice, having served as chair of their Disability Law Sections.

AMIEE NWABUIKE
Amiee Nwabuike received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was awarded the Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award for Best Appellant Argument. She received her B.A. from North Carolina State University where she graduated with honors. From an early age, she has always felt the importance of advocating for the vulnerable, and since graduating law school, she has worked as a plaintiff’s attorney helping injured clients and their families recover for motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, and wrongful deaths. She is a proud supporter of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and is a current member of the 2023 NCAJ Next Leadership Program.

Peter J. Tomasek
Peter J. Tomasek is an appellate and brief-writing lawyer at O’Malley Tunstall, PC, specializing in complex cases such as insurance-coverage disputes, medical-malpractice, and wrongful-death.
