Sam Tabibian

Shabnam Sarani is a partner at LyfeLaw, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for personal injury clients. She has extensive litigation experience from pre-litigation to trial, handling cases involving automobile, pedestrian, motorcycle, and rideshare accidents, TBI, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and first-party insurance bad faith. She is licensed in California and Nevada and is an active member of CAALA and WLALA, serving on their Mentor/Mentee program. Steven C Sapera

Steven C Sapera is a Partner and Managing Partner of the Workers Compensation Department at LyfeLaw, with over 20 years of experience representing injured workers. He holds a B.S. from USC (1994), a J.D. from Whittier Law School (2000), and an LL.M. from George Washington School of Law (2001). He began his career defending corporations before dedicating his practice to injured workers. He is a skilled negotiator and litigator, known for compassion and professionalism. He is an active member of the California Applicant Attorney’s Association and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of California.

Troy M. Mueller

Troy M. Mueller heads LyfeLaw’s business litigation and trial departments, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in State, Federal Courts, and arbitration. His expertise spans shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial torts, contract disagreements, real estate litigation, intellectual property conflicts, and personal injury cases. He has served as lead counsel on appeal in the Ninth Circuit and California Courts of Appeal, and as lead trial counsel in Federal and State Courts in California. He is licensed in California and admitted to practice in various federal courts, and has appeared in actions in Texas, Florida, Illinois, and New York. He graduated from Southwestern Law School (2012) in the top 20%.

Brisa Andrade

Brisa Andrade is a partner and Pre-Litigation Department Manager at LyfeLaw. Raised in Boyle Heights, she was inspired to pursue law after serving as a juror at 19. She earned her B.A. from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo and attended Whittier Law School (2019). She joined LyfeLaw as a legal assistant and worked full-time through law school. In 2024, she became manager of the Pre-Litigation Department. She has extensive experience in soft tissue motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. She is licensed in California (Provisional License) and Texas and is fluent in Spanish.

Shawn Elliott

Shawn Elliott is a Partner at LyfeLaw, inspired to pursue law after his grandmother's accident. He earned his JD from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He began his career in personal injury, trying his first jury trial early on, then spent over 20 years focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions, trying over a dozen jury trials, and training junior attorneys. He was recruited to LyfeLaw by a former associate he trained.

Mateo Rendon Salazar

Mateo Rendon Salazar is an Associate Attorney at Lyfe Law. Born in Colombia, he moved to the U.S. at age eight. He interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and worked at a plaintiff’s firm. He earned his J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where he was Senior Production Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review and contributed to the Youth Justice Education Clinic. Fluent in Spanish, he focuses on personal injury cases including automobile accidents, rideshare accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.
