Richard M. Adams

Richard M. Adams, Esq., managing partner of Adams, Luka, & Benton, P.A., has over 19 years of experience. He focuses on criminal defense for various crimes and represents victims of negligence in personal injury cases. He began his career as a criminal attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Florida and later worked for a large insurance defense firm, gaining insight into insurance company tactics.

Thomas Holden

Thomas Holden is an attorney who helps clients involved in family-law litigation cases. Mr. Holden handles all aspects of family law cases from consultation to conclusion. Prior to starting Holden & Darby, P.A., Mr. Holden attended Nichols College and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He then went on to study Law at Nova Southeastern University, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1982. For the years following Law school, Thomas Holden was In private practice in Miami when he moved to Lake County in 2002. He was the supervising attorney for the Department of Children and Families, where he was responsible for the legal department in Lake County. Mr. Holden has been a practicing attorney for over 43 years. During his years of practice, Mr. Holden has handled a variety of cases, including but not limited to: personal injury, criminal, bankruptcy, real estate and many other civil litigation areas. At this time, Mr. Holden solely focuses on handling dissolution of marriage, dependency, domestic violence, paternity and other child-related cases. Thomas Holden is highly professional, and prides himself on providing compassionate legal counsel. Paul W. Darby

Paul Darby is licensed to practice law in both the Florida state courts, and in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida, though the focus of his practice is mainly in the state courts relating to civil/domestic disputes and criminal matters. Paul is a Past President of the Lake County Bar Association, and is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and the Lake County Teen Court. Additionally, Paul has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Lake County Bar Association, and has also served as the Chairman of the Lake County Chapter of the UCF Alumni Association. Paul earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida, College of Law. While at UF Law, he earned a Pro Bono Certificate for assisting members of the community in need of legal services. Prior to attending UF, Paul earned his undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian History, summa cum laude, with a minor in German Language and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-Prelaw, summa cum laude, with a minor in European Studies. Mr. Darby has garnished praise time and time again for his ethical practice, and he will always put a client’s interests before anything else. He will go above and beyond to ensure that his clients receive the best possible legal advice and obtain positive results. Thomas B. Luka, Esq. is a native Central Floridian with over 15 years of experience, providing exceptional courtroom representation. As a partner at Adams, Luka, & Benton, P.A., he has been lead counsel on more than 150 criminal and civil trials. He started his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade and has appeared as a legal analyst on national talk shows.

Christopher Largey

Christopher Largey began his legal career with the Lake and Citrus County Public Defender’s Office, where he successfully tried cases ranging from DUI issues to attempted murder. Mr. Largey then joined a local personal injury law firm in 2002 and quickly became the top producer and litigator in that firm. In 2005, Mr. Largey began Largey Law, a personal injury and auto accident law firm with offices in Lake County and Citrus County. He has handled cases throughout Central Florida and has secured millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of his clients. In 2014, Mr. Largey received the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. This is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that Mr. Largey’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. Jennifer Benton joined Adams, Luka, & Benton, P.A. in 2014 as an associate attorney. She handles numerous family law cases including divorce, spousal support, child custody, child support, adoption, pre-nuptial agreements and child relocation. She has a reputation for working hard to obtain quality results for her clients and was a Guardian Ad Litem in Orange County, Florida.

Anton J. Nace

Anton J. Nace, Esq. has served the Central Florida community as a criminal defense attorney for 22 years. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando, handling misdemeanor and felony cases, including Sex Crimes and Child Abuse. He has been lead counsel for more than 50 criminal jury trials and is known for his extensive preparation and knowledge of the law, often successfully reducing felony charges.
