Attorney Nigam gained valuable experience while at Myers, Nelson, Dillion & Shierk, PLLC where he reviewed real estate contracts and agreements, financing documents, land contracts, title work, environmental documents, cloud of title and quite title. Mr. Nigam's works in the business law, planning, intellectual property, international law, immigration, estate planning and real estate areas on a variety of cases and matters. He has extensive engineering, project management and management experience from his previous career in the computer industry and in several startup companies.
