Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, Rodriguez graduated with honors from Strayer College in Washington, D.C.. He then furthered his studies by attending law schools at the Pontifical Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico and Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Rodriquez became licensed to practice in Puerto Rico in 1996, as well as Florida in 1999. Matthew D. Pardy

Mr. Pardy is a proud alumni of Colgate University, where he graduated with honors. He then furthered his studies at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. He remains active in the Orlando community through various avenues of service, including as a current Executive Committee member of Central Florida Quail Forever, and leadership positions with Calusa Camping, a parent-youth tent camping group, and including past positions as Trustee and Chairperson of the Orange County Library System, and a member of the Orlando Nuisance Abatement Board. Daniel P. Osterndorf

Licensed for over 23 years, Daniel is an experienced specialist in the area of personal injury law and member of the litigation department at The Law Offices of Pardy & Rodriguez, P.A. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1992. Daniel attended law school at the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in New York, where he regularly made the Dean’s List, earning multiple Academic Excellence Awards for obtaining the highest grade and graduating in the top 7% of his class. During law school Daniel worked for a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm and also for the Civil Division of the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Eastern District of New York, in Brooklyn, New York. Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Daniel returned to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar. After many years of civil trial practice, Daniel successfully applied for and became a Florida board certified attorney in the area of Civil Trial Law, which includes personal injury law. Board certified lawyers must undergo a rigorous peer review to evaluate their professionalism, must provide substantial proof of litigation experience in the courtroom, and finally, are required to pass additional testing to prove proficiency and expertise. Only 7% of all attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida are board certified. Daniel has previously served as a coach and board member for Orlando’s College Park Little League and served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the City of Orlando’s Certification Board (a board created by the City of Orlando that is dedicated to assisting minority and women owned businesses in the City of Orlando). In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, playing pickleball and attending Orlando City Soccer games. Ms. Padilla spent the first half of her career working for judges in New York City’s Civil Court’s system and Florida’s judiciary. She has drafted thousands of decisions and assisted judges settling hundreds of cases. Ms. Padilla has spent the second half of her career in private practice litigating cases involving personal injury. Claribel is fluent in both English and Spanish and is the proud product of Puerto Rican parents. Jeffrey Vizcaino

Mr. Vizcaino is a proud alumni of University of Central Florida, where he studied Legal Studies and graduated with honors. In order to further his study of law, he then graduated from the Florida A&M University Law School, where he once again graduated with Honors and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017. While studying law, Mr. Vizcaino gained experience by working as a litigation paralegal for five years. He is of Dominican descent and has proudly resided in the Orlando area since 2001. He is passionate about helping the community he has called home for over the past 20 years. Mr. Vizcaino not only sees the needs of the community, but the needs of the individuals in it as well. Adam Martin
