D. Chad Nuce

D. Chad Nuce obtained his BA in Finance and MBA from the University of South Florida, then his JD from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He has extensive trial experience, securing multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a member of The National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and was designated Georgia’s “Legal Elite” in 2008 and a “rising Star” in 2005 by Atlanta Magazine’s Super Lawyers.

Alvah H. Pasley

Alvah H. Pasley graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1997 and from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia in 2001. He worked at Virgil L. Brown and Associates focusing on criminal defense litigation before starting his own firm and co-founding Pasley & Nuce, LLC in 2005. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a former president of the Thomaston Bar Association.

Alan W. Connell was born and raised on a farm in Hollonville, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1973 with a BBA in accounting and from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1976. He concentrates on personal injury and divorce, having recovered millions in damages for clients and developed an extensive family law practice. He is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States.

Adam R. Nagel

Adam R. Nagel graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Ceramic Engineering in 1995 and a Master of Materials Science and Engineering in 1997. After nearly 8 years as a Senior Engineer at Intel, he attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, graduating with honors. He was a member of the Mercer Law Review and worked as a law clerk, judicial law clerk, and assistant public defender before joining the firm. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, NOSSCAR, Thomaston Bar Association, and Towaliga Circuit Bar Association.

Matthew T. Mallory

Matthew T. Mallory received his Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Georgia in 2000 and his Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. He passed the Georgia Bar in 2003 and has since become a partner at the firm, practicing real estate, disability, probate, and estate planning.

Andria Allen

Andria Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and a Master’s in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. After several years in engineering, she graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012. She has worked for two state judges and spent ten years as a public defender and prosecutor, gaining significant courtroom experience. She was involved in fundraising for several non-profits during law school.

DeAnn Wheeler was born and raised in Thomaston, Georgia. She graduated from Clayton State College in 1995 with a B.B.A. in accounting, and from John Marshall Law School, cum laude, in 1998. Her practice areas include divorce, custody, child support, adoption, legitimation, and personal injury. She is licensed to practice law in the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
