Petra K. Gross

Shareholder Attorney Petra K. Gross has been with Martson Law Offices since 2018. She is a seasoned litigator focusing on Criminal Defense and appeals in Federal and State Court, as well as collateral matters related to criminal charges. She was selected for inclusion into the Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers.

Daniel K. Deardorff

Daniel Deardorff is a founding member of Martson Law Offices, currently partially retired. He focuses his practice in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury, having handled hundreds of cases over 40 years.

Hubert X. Gilroy

Hubert X. Gilroy has represented individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in Carlisle and Central Pennsylvania for more than 45 years. He has been with Martson Law Offices since 2007 and is a general practice attorney with extensive litigation experience. He is a Certified Mediator for the Federal Middle District Court and a Licensed Title Agent.

Dru M. Miller

Dru Miller has been with Martson Law Offices as an attorney since 2015, after serving as a law clerk during law school. He focuses his practice primarily in Premises Liability Defense, Personal Injury, Collections, Worker’s Compensation, and Landlord-Tenant. He became a Shareholder in 2017.

Ivo V. Otto III

Ivo V. Otto III is a sixth-generation native of Carlisle, a founding member, and Managing Shareholder of Martson Law Offices. He focuses on Business and Personal Tax Planning, Estate and Asset Protection Planning, Probate, Trusts and Estates, Fiduciary Services, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions and Lending, Health Care, Non-Profit, and Charitable Organizations law.

Seth T. Mosebey

Seth Mosebey manages the Martson North branch. He has been with Martson Law Offices since 2006 and became a Shareholder in 2017. He is a 1999 high school graduate, 2003 summa cum laude university graduate, and 2006 law school graduate. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mifflintown Rotary Club, Juniata County Historical Society, and has served two terms as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
