John W. Devlin (Of Counsel) began practicing in Mercer County in 1964 and is the founder of Devlin, Cittadino & Shaw. He has practiced Workers' Compensation Law, Social Security Law, Negligence Law, Plaintiff Trial Practice, Personal Injury Law, and Medical Malpractice. He was one of the first attorneys to be certified by the Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation Attorney. He graduated from Lafayette College in 1956 with a B.A. and Seton Hall University School of Law in 1962 with a J.D.

Benjamin N. Cittadino

Benjamin N. Cittadino has been a trial lawyer since 1975, specializing in medical negligence and personal injury law. He was a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey from 1985 to 2021. He has served as President of the Mercer County Bar Association, a Trustee of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey, a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a Master of the Mercer County Inn of Court. He graduated from Duke University in 1970 with a B.A. and Notre Dame Law School in 1975 with a J.D.

As a persuasive, inventive trial attorney, Christopher T. Karounos concentrates his practice on representing individuals seriously injured by the negligence of others. He has handled cases arising from assaults, motor vehicle crashes, all manner of slip, trip, or fall injuries, watercraft collisions, trucking incidents, construction defects, motorcycle accidents, and worksite injuries. Chris is one of only a small handful of lawyers Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers University Law School-Newark for advanced trial presentation and served as Head Coach for the Law School’s National Mock Trial Team, and a longtime Barrister for the Bergen County Pashman Civil Inns of Court. Chris is equally comfortable explaining the complexities and nuances of a case to a jury as he is when informing and supporting his clients at each step of their case and explaining the litigation process. For many years Chris has also successfully handled numerous commercial litigation and trial matters. He is a successful appellate advocate, having won several important appeals for both his personal injury and commercial litigation clients over the years. Chris is a former volunteer EMT-D with nearly 20 years of experience in trauma situations. Having treated and transported hundreds of injured patients, he brings a unique understanding of clients’ trauma experiences from their injury locations and uses that knowledge when he vigorously fights for their rights throughout their cases. Lisa A. Lehrer, Esq. is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Lisa has dedicated her career to representing the injured in personal injury litigation. Attorney Lehrer’s areas of specialty include slip and falls, vehicle accidents including those injured by intoxicated drivers, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, product liability, construction defect, insurance coverage, and discrimination. She has secured compensation in both jury verdicts and settlements, totaling millions of dollars.* Most notably, the New Jersey Law Journal recognized her as having one of the top trial verdicts in the state. Lisa has been counsel in multiple Appellate Division cases and set precedent the New Jersey Supreme Court case of McDaid v. Aztec West Condominium. Lisa has authored numerous New Jersey Lawyer Magazine articles in which she discussed topics including limited liability, waivers and estoppels, frivolous litigation and attorney’s fees.
