Stephen R. Williams has handled a wide variety of cases, from adverse possession to will contracts. He personally handles cases from start to finish and provides his cell number to clients. He expanded the firm to include personal injury law.

Michael Perenich

Michael Perenich is a third-generation personal injury attorney. His grandfather, Guy Perenich began practicing personal injury in 1955 in Clearwater Florida. Michael was born in Clearwater, raised in Tarpon Springs, and now lives in Palm Harbor. He graduated from East Lake High School then studied Philosophy, graduated from the University of South Florida. After USF, Michael attended Loyola University, New Orleans College of Law... While in law school, Michael interned for Honorable Judge Robert Morris of the Second District Court of Appeals. He also participated in a study program in Budapest Hungary, and Istanbul Turkey (International Transactions, and Central European Legal Systems). During his third year of law school he was accepted to study at the University of Florida Levin College Of Law where he received the Honorable R. Grable Stoutamire Book Award (highest grade) in American Legal Thought, as well as a distinction in Trial Practice. Michael graduated law school in 2012, and dove into litigating cases with his father. Michael has successfully litigated catastrophic injury, product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, among other areas of law.

Ryan is a partner at the F&H Law Group, P.A. Ryan has extensive experience handling a variety of cases in both Florida state and federal courts. Ryan devotes his practice primarily to representing consumers throughout Florida that have been injured in auto accidents, trucking accidents, and motorcycle accidents. Ryan has also represented consumers in including class action litigation, professional liability cases, contract disputes, and debt collector harassment matters.

Laura Simon

Laura Simon is a dedicated litigator guided by compassion for her clients in the pursuit of justice. With an accomplished career in public service and a former defense attorney, Ms. Simon leverages her extensive experience to zealously advocate for those who have suffered at the hands of another. Ms. Simon began her legal practice with a passion for advocacy. She studied at Stetson University College of Law and earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. She started her successful legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Fredericksburg, Virginia, followed by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Florida. Ms. Simon continued her service as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County. Prior to joining Perenich Law Injury Attorneys, Ms. Simon learned the inner workings of insurance companies... Ms. Simon is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as several United States District Courts to include the Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida. Ms. Simon was also honored under a rigorous peer-review process for her work in personal injury as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, 2025.

Mr. Fowkes is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Fowkes practices in the areas of personal injury (car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death), class action litigation, commercial litigation and employment related litigation. In addition to his practice, Mr. Fowkes has also been hired by attorneys in the Tampa Bay area to serve as an expert witness in relation to the reasonableness of attorneys’ fees.

Gregory Perenich

Greg is co-founder of PERENICH Law and has been a forceful champion for the injured for more than 30 years. He is a lifelong resident of Pinellas County... Greg began his career as a state prosecutor in Miami-Dade County where he tried numerous misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile cases. After four years in Miami, Greg returned to the Tampa Bay area in 1991... Ten years later he joined his father’s law firm... Timothy Perenich

Tim was born in Clearwater, Florida. He has resided in Florida his entire life apart from his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1987. In 1991, Tim received his Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Florida, College of Law. Tim was admitted to the Florida Bar in November 1991. A sole practitioner for approximately ten years until May 2005, Tim joined his brother Greg and formed a law partnership. Their brother Terence joined them in 2009. As a partner at PERENICH LAW, Tim focuses his practice on representing those who have suffered serious injuries due to the carelessness of others. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle District, the Southern District, and the Northern District of Florida.
