Andrew Alexandroff

Victor Alexandroff

Victor Alexandroff is 100% dedicated to representing harmed and injured people throughout California. Bringing decades of legal expertise to his clients, Victor has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury cases. A graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Victor earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 1985. After graduating from law school, he worked as an associate in an insurance defense firm representing clients in a variety of matters including automobile accidents, premises liability, and product liability. He worked closely with insurance adjusters and claims representatives in litigation matters. Victor also served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles for over 24 years and defended the City in a variety of cases which included claims of civil rights violations, police excessive force, premises liability, dangerous condition of public property, roadway design cases and traffic collisions involving City vehicles. Victor has focused on his personal injury practice full time since 2015, after retiring as a deputy city attorney for the City of Los Angeles, where he worked for 24 years defending high-profile premises liability, civil rights and police excessive force claims against the city. He attributes his success as a trial attorney to his experience trying over 50 cases to jury verdicts while with the City of Los Angeles defense attorney, as well as a plaintiff’s attorney representing injured parties. His background in defense work combined with his present practice as a plaintiff’s lawyer, gives him unique insight into both sides of the legal table. Now Victor puts his experience to work for injured Californians. Victor is an avid motorcycle rider and specializes in representing motorcyclists involved in all types of accidents.

Daniel C. Ghyczy

Daniel C. Ghyczy, Esq. is Of Counsel with Alexandroff Law Group and is one of the firm’s lead trial attorneys. Daniel began his legal career at a top-tier plaintiffs’ litigation firm, where he worked as a law clerk and then attorney. Later, he joined Maranga Morgenstern, specializing in complex civil defense litigation. This experience allowed Daniel to gain a unique insight into the strategies and tactics used on the defense side of civil litigation before returning to plaintiff-side trial work with Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley. Daniel joined the Alexandroff Law Group in 2021. A graduate of Southern California University, Daniel earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. Admitted to practice law across California, Daniel is a member of a number of California legal organizations including: Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities - Board Member, Beverly Hills Bar Association, National Hellenic Society, USC Young Alumni Council. Evan Garcia

Evan Garcia is a Trial Attorney at Silva Injury Law, focusing on trucking and catastrophic injury cases, including mass-casualty events. He has helped recover more than $86 million in verdicts and settlements as lead and as trial counsel, including multimillion-dollar jury verdicts; most recently a $5.47M result in a disputed orthopedic case in San Joaquin County. Evan began his career defending Fortune 1000 companies in tax litigation, sharpening his skills in complex damages. Brandon Dawoodtabar

Brandon Dawoodtabar ‘Tabar’ is a trial lawyer with the Alexandroff Law Group and brings years of experience in general litigation to the firm. While his roots are with the injured, Brandon has spent most of his career in civil defense litigation, handling premises liability, motor vehicle/trucking accidents, product liability, and wrongful death cases. In doing so, he worked closely with and became familiar with insurance companies and adjusters, including the various tactics and strategies used on that side. Brandon has since returned to his roots and utilizes the valuable experience he gained while working with insurance companies to now fight for injured Californians. Brandon attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and obtained a degree in History, and subsequently Loyola Law School, for his J.D. While at Loyola, Brandon participated in a Pro Bono clinic where he assisted low-income debtors file Bankruptcy and obtain relief from their debt. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and various forms of exercise/physical activity, whether it’s jogging or hiking, and enjoys being outside.
