Steven T. Passarella

Steven Passarella has been a partner in the firm since 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a minor of Economics from Rutgers University. In recognition of his scholastic achievement in the field of economics, he was admitted in Omicron Delta Epsilon. Mr. Passarella went on to receive his Juris doctor from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Passarella is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Federal Courts for the Third Circuit District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Passarella is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, Gloucester County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and formerly was a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Broker. David A. Thatcher

David Thatcher received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1988. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from Capital University Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his academic career, Mr. Thatcher was invited to serve on the Editorial Board of the Capital University Law Review. Mr. Thatcher is a member of the Camden County and New Jersey State Bar Associations and has been a partner with the law firm since 1992. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Federal Courts for the Third Circuit District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As a former prosecutor and public defender, Mr. Thatcher gained extensive experience in courtroom litigation. He is a former municipal prosecutor for the Township of Waterford and the public defender for Winslow Township. Mr. Thatcher is the former Mayor of Laurel Springs, where he served from 2000 through 2007. During his tenure as Mayor he was elected as President of the Camden County Mayors’ Association. He also served on the Camden County Open Space and Preservation Trust Committee. Mr. Thatcher has a general practice of law which includes Personal injury, Family Law/Divorce, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Elder and Estate Law, Municipal Court, Local Land Use and Real Estate Law.

Katrina M. Register

Katrina M. Register (formerly “Geary”), Esquire, has been a member of the firm since 2009. She joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2011 and became a partner in 2020. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, complex civil litigation, consumer fraud, estate and legacy planning.

Frank W. Thatcher

Frank Thatcher received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers University School for Law. Before being admitted to the practice of law in 1958, Mr. Thatcher served in the United States Army for a period of two (2) years. Mr. Thatcher is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice law in the United States District Court and has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During the course of his legal practice, Mr. Thatcher has served as Solicitor for numerous municipal boards and committees including the Township of Voorhees, the Township of Gloucester and the Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority. Mr. Thatcher has also been a lifelong member of the International Association of Lions Clubs, focusing his attention on the Runnemede Lions Club. Mr. Thatcher has maintained a general practice of law in Camden and Gloucester Counties since 1959. He currently specializes in Elder Law, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Wills and Estate Law.

Kenneth A. DiMuzio, Sr.

Kenneth A. DiMuzio, Sr., is a founding co-partner. He concentrates his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. For more than 30 years he served as solicitor to municipal governments. An attorney with over 45 years of professional experience, he is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney.
