He is also a fellow of the National College of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys and a member of the Idaho Industrial Commission Advisory Committee. A University of Idaho law graduate and Idaho native, he is known for his commitment to obtaining medical care and monetary compensation for clients, including successfully arguing before the Idaho Supreme Court for undocumented workers' rights. Wyatt B. Johnson
Wyatt Johnson is a trial lawyer and legal strategist. He is also proud to be a founding member of Johnson May, a full-service Idaho law firm. Mr. Johnson has tried multiple cases involving financial fraud, contract disagreements, land rights, shareholder rights and duties, trusts, and other matters. He has successfully argued many of these cases through appeals to the Idaho Supreme Court and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. This depth of experience makes him both a skilled litigator and an insightful legal advisor. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Johnson volunteers a significant amount of time to community and professional organizations. He is the past president of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, a past Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Idaho State Bar, and has served on the Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Idaho Rules of Evidence. His community involvement includes his service on the West Boise YMCA’s Advisory Board and a past Idaho Smart Growth presidency. Finally, he is the past chairman of the Arid Club, an Idaho institution originally formed in 1890.

Michael D. Danielson
Mr. Danielson joined Benoit Law in March 2016. Mr. Danielson represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, defense of employers, commercial disputes, governmental entity defense, product liability defense, as well as real estate and business transactions. Mr. Danielson’s practice also includes criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Danielson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Bevan, Fifth District Court Judge. During his clerkship, Mr. Danielson assisted the Court in a large variety of civil and criminal matters. The clerkship also provided Mr. Danielson with invaluable perspective from the other side of the bench. In his free time, Mr. Danielson enjoys running marathons and kayaking on the Snake River.

Steven Tolman
Steven Tolman was the founding member of Tolman Brizee & Cannon. His practice included extensive trial experience in medical malpractice defense, products liability, commercial liability, personal injury, civil rights actions, and professional liability. He specialized in medical malpractice defense for over 30 years, representing various healthcare clients across Idaho.

Jeffrey J. Grieve
Mr. Grieve joined Benoit Law in August 2017 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker. His practice includes a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including contract and commercial disputes, defense of employers, defense of governmental entities, product liability defense, landlord/tenant disputes, probate, and estate and business planning. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Grieve worked in finance and has developed relationships with entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. As a result, he understands the issues and constraints that affect businesses, and the need for sound and practical problem solving. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Grieve’s interests include music, mountain biking, and tinkering with things around the house. He is a lifelong Idahoan and has lived in several parts of the state. He and his wife, Vanessa, genuinely care about Idaho’s places and people.

Jennifer K. Brizee
Jennifer K. Brizee has been practicing law in Idaho since 1994. Her trial experience includes: medical malpractice defense; products liability; commercial liability; general liability (casualty and personal injury); civil rights actions; professional liability for architects and engineers; and employment law. She represents hospitals and physicians across Idaho, with a unique understanding of healthcare delivery in small rural hospitals. She is a veteran in the courtroom and manages civil litigation from the Twin Falls office.

Adam M. Daner
Mr. Daner regularly tries and arbitrates matters involving property, wills and trusts, and personal injury claims over the past thirty years. Mr. Daner is experienced in all facets of litigation from pre-filing claims procedures through judgment collection and appellate practice. He brings substantial courtroom experience to his business and estate planning practice allowing him to avoid drafting pitfalls. Mr. Daner practiced in Southern California for several years. From 1994-1999, Mr. Daner was associated with the firm of Lincoln, Gustafson and Cercos in San Diego, where he was integrally involved in representing many of the largest commercial property owners and residential developers in construction, property and personal injury litigation. Mr. Daner was approved defense and coverage counsel for numerous insurance companies. Mr. Daner litigated several will contests and probate matters. Mr. Daner represented substantial corporations including: Trizec Hahn Properties, The William Lyon Company, Fieldstone Communities, E.F. Brady Company and Dayton Hudson. Mr. Daner successfully defended personal injury and wrongful death claims, including slip and fall, automobile, construction, assault and battery/false imprisonment, and electrocution. He handled all types of construction claims for developers, general contractors, engineering professionals, material suppliers and subcontractors. In 1999, Mr. Daner joined the Irvine office of Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, one of the largest national construction law firms in the United States. Mr. Daner represented Surety Companies, including Safeco, NAICO, St. Paul and ICW. Mr. Daner defended Bond and Bad Faith claims arising in Nevada at the Bellagio and Venetian Resorts. In 2000, Mr. Daner relocated to San Luis Obispo. Mr. Daner joined Sinsheimer, Schielbelhutt and Baggett where he defended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in both construction and employment matters. Mr. Daner represented home builders, property owners, radio stations, vineyards and manufacturing companies in numerous complex matters. In 2004, Mr. Daner founded his own firm, focusing on business, insurance, real property, construction and contractual matters to provide cost effective and responsive legal services focusing on the clients’ best interests. Mr. Daner coached high school football for almost twenty years. He conducts numerous legal seminars as to Estate Planning and other areas of the law. He and his wife enjoy riding their motorcycle in their free time, and playing with their bulldogs now that their five children are grown.
