Jered Medlock

Michael Jered Medlock was born in Fort Smith, AR in 1980. He resided with his mother, father and two sisters: Jill and Jessica, in Mulberry, AR until the age of 18. Jered went to the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville where he majored in political science and continued his education at the University of Arkansas Law School where he obtained his juris doctorate. Upon graduation and successful completion of the Bar examination Jered returned home to practice. He joined a plaintiff oriented general practice firm and was so employed for 3 years until he decided to start his own firm. Jered and Mr. Lucas Gramlich joined together to form the majority interest in a law firm and have worked together since. Jered is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Fort Smith, is regularly consulted by various local owned companies for business litigation strategies. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas State and Federal Courts as well as the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He resides in Fort Smith, AR with his wife Tasha. Jered is a founding partner of Medlock and Gramlich, LLP and focuses his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, and complex litigation.

Luke Gramlich

Luke Gramlich is a Crawford County native who grew up in Van Buren, Arkansas where he currently resides. He attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville for undergraduate school where he earned a dual degree in Transportation Logistics and Computer Information Systems. After undergraduate school Mr. Gramlich attended The University of Tulsa where he not only obtained his Law Degree but also a Masters in Business Administration. At Tulsa, Mr. Gramlich was president of his law school class. He graduated in 2006 and has since spent his time being dedicated to the men and women to whom he represents including a short stint as the City Prosecutor for Mulberry, Arkansas. Mr. Gramlich focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury law. However, Mr. Gramlich has been equally successful in representing individuals in various areas of the law including medical malpractice, criminal defense and domestic relations to name a few.

Born May 8, 1946, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Graduated from Northside High School in 1964, graduated from the University of Arkansas, at Fayetteville, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970 and the University of Arkansas School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1974. Judge for the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission from January 1, 1978 until June 30, 2011. Private practice as an associate of Medlock and Gramlich Law Firm since July 1, 2011, specializing exclusively in workers’ compensation claims for injured workers.
