Randall L.K.M. Rosenberg
Personal injury attorney Randall Rosenberg has tried and/or handled cases before judges and juries in the State of Hawaii First Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, as well as before the courts of California, the Territory of Guam, the Territory of American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. He has appeared and argued before the Hawaii Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Guam, Superior Court of Guam, and the District Court of Guam, Appellate Division. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has alternative dispute resolution experience in the role of counsel as well as a party-selected and court-appointed arbitrator. Mr. Rosenberg attended high school and college in Hawaii and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he served as Comment Editor of Law Review (1987-88) and authored the Case Note: Wolsk v. State, A Limitation of Governmental Liability. Mr. Rosenberg played intercollegiate club soccer for the University of Oregon and was awarded a varsity letter in soccer in 1982. These days he is living the dream as a part time professional musician (electric bass and vocals) playing retro music in a local rock band.

Rodger I. Hoffman
Born and raised in Honolulu, attorney Rodger I. Hoffman has been representing accident and injury victims in Hawaii since 1991. Rodger attended Punahou School, where he graduated in 1983, the University of Hawaii, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in both Speech and Political Science in 1987, and the Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1991. Since graduating from law school and becoming a lawyer in 1991, Rodger has exclusively represented accident and injury victims in Hawaii. Over the course of his career, Rodger has successfully represented victims of auto accidents, dog bites, drunk drivers, product liability issues, slip/trip and fall cases and insurance coverage disputes. After working for a large Honolulu personal injury law firm for seven years, Rodger branched out to form his own practice. While in practice for himself, Rodger provided the best legal representation to his clients, with a particular focus on his personal, direct and open communication with each client. With strong research and writing skills, Rodger has been instrumental in drafting several successful Hawaii appellate court briefs; with strong advocacy skills, Rodger has represented clients through arbitration, trial and appeal.

James H. Monma
Licensed to practice law since 1993, James has spent his entire legal career litigating personal injury cases and advocating for his clients. Ryan Kaufman
Personal injury attorney Ryan Kaufman has been licensed to practice law in all of Hawaii’s state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii since 2016. Mr. Kaufman joined Rosenberg McKay Hoffman as an associate attorney in 2020. He has successfully tried cases before the State of Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board and successfully advocated on behalf of clients in administrative hearings and arbitration hearings in the Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Additionally, Mr. Kaufman has alternative dispute resolution experience in the role of counsel. Mr. Kaufman attended high school and college on the east coast, and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he filed a Reply Brief with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as a certified law student. While in law school, Mr. Kaufman clerked for a prestigious personal injury firm and assisted on several cases that resulted in favorable jury verdicts for his clients. Before entering law school, Mr. Kaufman spent several years working as an Ocean Safety Officer for the City & County of Honolulu. When he is not at work, Mr. Kaufman can be found performing the roles of personal chauffeur, butler, and/or chef for his wife, Rachel, and their 10-year-old daughter.
