Paul d’Oliveira

Founding Attorney Paul d’Oliveira has over 30 years of experience in personal injury law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He founded the firm, expanding it to 19 offices. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Creighton University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. His pre-med and psychology backgrounds provide a strong foundation for understanding injuries and counseling clients. Mentored by Robert T. Karns, he focuses on marketing and website development to ensure clients can easily find answers and receive top-notch service and settlements. Donna M. Nesselbush

Attorney Donna M. Nesselbush is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush, dedicated to helping people with personal injury, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, and workers’ compensation claims. She graduated from Brown University in 1984 and Suffolk University School of Law cum laude. She also graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She is the founder and Chair of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Committee, a 'Sustaining Member' of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and a member of the American and Rhode Island Associations for Justice. She is admitted to practice in all Rhode Island courts, the Federal District Court of Rhode Island, and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a State Senator of Rhode Island and Chief Judge of the Pawtucket Municipal Court. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. She was awarded the Ada Sawyer Award in 2014, named 'Person of the Year' for the Pawtucket Hall of Fame, and received the Eleanor Slater Award in 2016. She has also been named to the Super Lawyers list.

Joseph P. Marasco

Joseph P. Marasco is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush. He has successfully litigated personal injury and medical negligence cases in Rhode Island state and federal courts, and hundreds of disability cases. He co-founded the Social Security Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is a former President of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and serves on its board of directors. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters and a 'Best Lawyer' by U.S. News & World Report. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1986 and Suffolk University School of Law in 1991.

Mark H. Grimm is a partner with Marasco & Nesselbush, with over 40 years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability. He graduated with honors from Brown University in 1980 and from Boston College School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Timothy P. Lynch

Timothy P. Lynch is a partner at Marasco & Nesselbush, focusing on personal injury and medical negligence cases. He graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2007 and magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island and District of Massachusetts. D. Robin Gouveia

Attorney D. Robin Gouveia has over 27 years of experience practicing personal injury law, exclusively representing plaintiffs. Prior to her legal career, she spent 8 years as a claims adjuster for Trust Insurance Company, providing her with invaluable insight into insurance company operations and negotiation tactics. She works with clients across numerous offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She earned her law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 1997 and a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1989. Her daily responsibilities include client communication, medical record review, negotiation with insurance adjusters, and preparing for legal proceedings.
