Scott Kruger, born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, graduated Valedictorian of Hamilton High School and Cum Laude from Ohio State University. He earned his law degree in 2005 and gained valuable trial experience with the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office before entering private practice in 2008. He specializes in criminal defense and personal injury, and is actively involved in his community, serving on school and community foundation boards.

Ashley Briscoe
Ashley Briscoe joined Kruger & Hodges in January 2023. An Ohio native, she earned her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal and participated extensively in Moot Court. She also worked at a Prosecutor’s Office in juvenile delinquency and children’s protection. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Bridget Woolum
Bridget Woolum is a determined and passionate criminal defense attorney. She graduated from Eaton High School in 2001, earned an Associate's degree in paralegal studies, and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from NKU, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2017. As the first college graduate in her family, she is a strong advocate for constitutional protections and represents individuals in Preble County and throughout southwest Ohio.

Nils Herdelin
Nils Herdelin, with roots in New Jersey, Kentucky, and Ohio, applies diverse perspectives to his legal practice. He earned his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the bar in Ohio. A 2010 graduate of Western Kentucky University, Nils is an aspiring home chef, an avid FC Cincinnati supporter, and enjoys hiking, disc golf, and traveling.

Jessica Powell
Jessica Powell is a dedicated lawyer who put herself through college and law school, graduating first in her class. She previously worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Disability Services, as a staff attorney for a state court judge, and at a national law firm handling cases against pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She joined Kruger & Hodges to focus on helping injured people in Ohio, bringing a strong work ethic, formidable legal skills, and compassion to her clients.
