Tom also litigates life-altering injury cases including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, plane crashes, tractor-trailer crashes, boating and jet-ski accidents, skiing, snowboarding, and snow-tubing accidents, biking accidents, wrongful death, defective products, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, construction site disasters, sex abuse and sexual assault cases, abuse or neglect at schools or camps, dog bites, and work injuries. He regularly appears before the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission on behalf of claimants who were injured at work. He has experience defending both personal injury lawsuits and workers' compensation claims.

Nathan C. Zezula

Nate is a founding partner of MOTT ZEZULA. He is a commercial litigator who has tried and litigated cases in federal and state courts across the country. He has extensive experience litigating FINRA matters, both in FINRA dispute resolution and in regulatory/disciplinary actions. His practice includes breach of contract claims, unfair trade practice claims, disputes arising from the sale of businesses, non-compete claims, real estate disputes and trade secret misappropriation claims, as well as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Nate has also repeatedly secured pre-judgment relief to protect the interests and assets of his clients, including temporary injunctions and restraining orders. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Nate spent four years on active duty as an artillery officer in the United States Army in Germany and Kosovo, leaving with the rank of Captain.
