He represents municipalities and school districts and practices in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and several U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Talia R. Goffredo

Talia R. Goffredo is the newest Associate Attorney at Broscious, Fischer & Zaiter. She practices in criminal defense, traffic violations, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Leonard J. Artigliere

Mr. Artigliere, a New Jersey native, established the firm in 2003. He practiced initially in Morris County and then as a Partner in Curzi and Artigliere from 1987 to 2003. He is admitted to the bars of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal law. He is an honors graduate of Lafayette College and the Villanova School of Law. Among his scholastic honors, Mr. Artigliere received Lafayette's 1913 Trophy, the East Coast Conference Scholar Athlete Award, and was named Morris County Collegiate Athlete of the year. He has served many years as Chairman of the Civil Practice Committee in Warren County as well as serving as a Civil Arbitrator. He has been involved in the local community as a member of the Washington Township Zoning Board, past Chairman of the Washington Township Land Use Board, the Washington Township Economic Development Committee, and an original Board member of the Washington Borough Business Improvement District.

John F. McDonnell

Mr. McDonnell graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to practice law in New York in 1983 and in New Jersey in 1984. He practiced in New York for one year and has practiced exclusively in New Jersey since 1984. For twenty years, he practiced at a firm in Morristown, New Jersey, specializing in employment civil rights and general litigation. In 1998, Mr. McDonnell was awarded an 'AV' rating by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given by the nationally recognized attorney rating service. In 2003, Mr. McDonnell moved his practice to Warren County to establish the McDonnell Artigliere firm with Leonard J. Artigliere. Mr. McDonnell continues to specialize in litigation for plaintiffs and defendants in employment, civil rights, consumer fraud, and general litigation in the Superior Court, Appellate Division, and Supreme Court.
