Gregory N. Hoole

Lester A. Perry
For 40 years, Mr. Perry has specialized in representing lenders, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, and businesses in banking, finance, real property, and commercial litigation. For the past 24 years, he has also represented consumers in class actions for consumer claims in areas like collection agencies, credit reporting, identity theft, buyers clubs, and post-dated check outlets. He has successfully prosecuted a dozen consumer class actions and has almost two dozen successful appellate decisions on behalf of consumers. Paul M. King
Paul M. King is a Managing Member of Hoole & King, L.C., co-founded in 1994. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential real property transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, and lien holders in foreclosures. He was a licensed title insurance agent for approximately 20 years. He is a past chair of the Real Property Section and Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar Association and served on the Utah Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. He was a reserve Military Officer (Captain, ret.) in the U.S. Army/Utah Army National Guard from 1981 to 1991.
