Mr. Hoole represents individuals in civil lawsuits, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, child abuse, religious abuse, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and commercial litigation. He is a past president of The Utah Trial Lawyer's Association (now The Association For Justice) and The Utah Employment Lawyer's Association. He has achieved million-dollar recoveries and holds a Martindale-Hubbell 'AV' rating. He also serves on the Utah State Courts Career Service Review Board and provides pro bono representation to people leaving polygamist cults.

Gregory N. Hoole

AV (preeminent) rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and selected for many years as one of Utah’s Legal Elite and a Mountain States Super Lawyer, Greg enjoys a rich and diverse legal career protecting and vindicating the rights of individuals, businesses, and Utah’s counties, cities, and other political subdivisions. He is a skilled mediator and adept at resolving disputes favorably for his clients without protracted litigation, but is fully capable of taking a case successfully through the full litigation process when necessary. He began his legal career as a judge advocate in the United States Navy. His cases have been reported in national periodicals and he has appeared on national television programs.

For 40 years, Mr. Perry has specialized in representing lenders, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, and businesses in banking, finance, real property, and commercial litigation. For the past 24 years, he has also represented consumers in class actions for consumer claims in areas like collection agencies, credit reporting, identity theft, buyers clubs, and post-dated check outlets. He has successfully prosecuted a dozen consumer class actions and has almost two dozen successful appellate decisions on behalf of consumers. He taught the federal consumer protection/class action class at the University of Utah College of Law.

Paul M. King is a Managing Member of Hoole & King, L.C., co-founded in 1994. Admitted to practice in 1989, his practice includes business and real estate transactions, advising on business organization, tax and estate planning, and related litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential real property transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, and lien holders in foreclosures. He was a licensed title insurance agent for approximately 20 years. He is a past chair of the Real Property Section and Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar Association and served on the Utah Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. He was a reserve Military Officer (Captain, ret.) in the U.S. Army/Utah Army National Guard from 1981 to 1991.
