He is an accomplished trial lawyer and also holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker, Residential Builder, Insurance Producer, and Auto Dealer. He was recognized for being among the top 100 truck accident verdicts in the United States in 2023.

Steven M. Hanft

Steven M. Hanft is a Senior Attorney at Bagley & Langan. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude and was in the top 25% of his class. He focuses on No-Fault Litigation, Auto Negligence, Insurance Litigation, Contract Enforcement, and Legal Research.

Jaclyn M. Yousif

Jaclyn M. Yousif is an Associate Attorney at Bagley & Langan. She graduated from Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree in business and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012. She concentrates on personal injury cases, including researching and writing, legal drafting, and social security disability briefs and appeals.

J. Robert Langan

J. Robert Langan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bagley & Langan. He graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1991 and received his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. He focuses on real estate, zoning, planning, and land development.

Tim joined Booth Patterson in 1968 and is the son of one of our founders, Calvin Patterson. Tim’s legal expertise is in contracts, real estate law, civil litigation, commercial litigation, facilitative mediation, wills & estates, environmental law, survey & boundary disputes and riparian rights.

David joined Booth Patterson in 1973. His legal expertise is general litigation, construction, real estate, and family law, which includes divorce, adoption, and custody, including custody of special needs children.
