Tom Kubasta

Attorney Kubasta served as Chair of the District 7 Committee for the Office of Lawyer Regulation, which regulates attorney conduct. District 7 covers Wood, Portage, Waupaca, Waushara, Adams, Juneau, Marquette, Sauk, and Columbia counties. Attorney Kubasta is also Chairman of the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s Selection Committee. Attorney Kubasta retired after serving his community as an attorney for nearly 60 years. He served in the United States Navy including a tour in Viet Nam and raised 4 children in Waushara County. Post retirement he serves as the Municipal judge for the City of Wautoma. He continues as an involved member of his community enjoying golfing, the company of many good friends and time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Marc Bickford

Attorney Bickford served as the Family Court Commissioner in Waushara County and is the past president-elect of the Wisconsin Family Court Commissioner’s Association. He also serves on the Wisconsin State Bar’s Fee Arbitration Panel. He previously worked as an assistant district attorney in Waushara County. Attorney Bickford is a graduate of Almond-Bancroft High School and is active in the local community. He has served as a board of director, officer, and member of the Wautoma Hornet Booster Club since 1990. He also served as Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus, and he referees football games at Wautoma High School. He remains of counsel at the firm, sharing his wisdom and experience with his colleagues while maintaining contact with friends and clients as an active member of the community. He remains a member of the Kiwanis, the Knights of Columbus and his church. He and Kris are enjoying time with their many friends, children and grandchildren.
