He graduated from Augusta State University in both 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and in 2007 with a Master’s in Business Administration. Shawn continued his love for education and graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2013. Chace Hawk

Marion Chace Hawk, born in Birmingham, Alabama, and raised in Augusta, Georgia, is a distinguished attorney specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases at the Hawk Law Group. After completing his high school education at Lakeside High School in 1995, Hawk pursued higher education at Georgia Southern University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Literature in 2007. He further advanced his legal expertise by earning a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2014. Admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2015, Chace has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the legal profession and the welfare of his clients. Jonathan Waller

Jonathan Waller is an experienced personal injury attorney at the Hawk Law Group, bringing over a decade of legal experience to clients across South Carolina. A Columbia native, Jonathan is known for his professionalism, thoughtful approach, and strong commitment to doing things the “right way”. Every time. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2009. He began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles in Florence, then joined the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office in 2010, where he served as a prosecutor in the State Grand Jury division. In 2013, he transitioned into private practice in Columbia before relocating to Aiken in 2021 to continue his work in civil litigation. Jonathan is licensed to practice in all South Carolina state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association. His legal philosophy centers on transparency and open communication, ensuring clients always understand the process and feel supported throughout their case. When he’s not practicing law, Jonathan enjoys life in Aiken with his wife Lauren, an Aiken native, their three young boys-Henry, Jack, and Teddy-and their two golden retrievers, Maggie and Bentley.
