Prior to joining Peacock Keller, Dominic proudly served the residents of Washington County for nearly three years as an assistant district attorney. Following his stint as a prosecutor, Dominic joined the Pittsburgh-based law firm Matis Baum O’Connor (now Baum O’Connor Cullen Chmiel) where he expanded his skills to include civil litigation with a focus on the defense of healthcare providers facing medical malpractice lawsuits. In addition to practicing as a litigator, Dominic is a skilled appellate advocate and cases which he tried to conviction as an assistant district attorney have been affirmed on appeal. Dominic also competed nationally, while at Duquesne Law School, as an appellate advocate. In 2019, he placed as a Quarterfinalist at the National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition hosted by the West Virginia University College of Law and, in 2018, he placed as a top-four Semi-finalist at the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition held in Washington, D.C., where he also won an award for Best Oralist. Dominic’s law review article, also accomplished during his time at Duquesne Law School, explores Eight Amendment limitations on juvenile sentencing.

Peter T. Patsakis

Peter T. Patsakis

Peter T. Patsakis concentrates his practice in the firm’s Energy and Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on advising clients in the development of energy generation projects and the acquisition, sale and trade of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, Peter has extensive experience related to commercial contracts, including, lease and easement agreements, purchase and sale agreements, asset collateralization, unitization documentation and other energy industry-specific operation and maintenance-related agreements. Peter has a wealth of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Peacock Keller, Peter worked as in-house counsel at a leading energy company assisting in the development of natural gas operations, title curative matters, lease review and transactional due diligence. Most recently, Peter worked for an energy law firm, where he drafted title opinions and advised energy clients in their energy operations in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Peter graduated from Duquesne University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. In 2011, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. Peter, a champion of community service, is active in supporting the AAPL, Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley and the Westmoreland County Food Bank. Peter also is an adjunct professor at Allegheny County Community College.

In 2008, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law.
