R. Brad Masingill is the founding partner and senior counsel at Masingill Law. He has over forty years of dedicated trial experience. He graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1977. He has vast civil litigation experience including issues involving property rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and contested probate actions.

Eben Masingill has lived in Weiser since birth. He obtained degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of Idaho. In 2015, Eben obtained his Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Idaho College of Law. He focuses on property disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, DUI Defense/Misdemeanor Defense, Worker’s Compensation, and general civil litigation. Eben serves as a board member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

Brandon Masingill was born and raised in Weiser, Idaho. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Idaho. In 2015, Brandon obtained his Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. He is a general practitioner experienced in estate planning, real estate law, personal injury, and family law. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

Rachael Collins was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She played soccer and ran track for Treasure Valley Community College, then transferred to Eastern Oregon University where she played soccer and obtained her undergraduate degree in History. She attended the University of Idaho College of Law and received her Juris Doctor in Law in 2015. Rachael practices in contract law, real estate law, estate planning, probate law, family law, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Rachael currently serves as a board member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
