Lenee M. Brosh

Lenee M. Brosh graduated from Earlham College in 1999 and received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton Law School in May 2002. She was admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2002 and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern & Southern Districts of Ohio. She is a member of the Miami County and Ohio State Bar Associations, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Lenee serves as the law director for the Village of West Milton and as the Miami County Municipal Court Prosecutor. Her primary practice areas include Family Law, Social Security Disability, Probate, and Civil Litigation.

Grant D. Kerber

Grant D. Kerber joined Shipman, Dixon & Livingston Co., L.P.A. in November 1997 and became an officer in 2003. He received his B.A. from the University of Dayton in 1994 and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. He has served as Law Director for the Village of Covington and the City of Troy, and as Municipal Court Prosecutor for the Village of West Milton since 2002. His practice areas include Real Estate, Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, Probate, and Business Law.

Andrew H. Johnston graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Business Pre-law, and received his Juris Doctor Degree with distinction from the Claude W. Petit College of Law at Ohio Northern University. He was admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2011 and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Andrew is a member of the Miami County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He serves as a Miami County Municipal Court Prosecutor and as the current law director for the Village of Laura. His primary practice areas include Bankruptcy, Probate, Workers' Compensation, Collections, Evictions, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.
