Eric B. DiMario

In an action involving a permanent brain injury with claims of breach of contract and bad faith, Eric argued multiple aspects of the litigation before both the United States District Court and Rhode Island Superior Court and ultimately obtained $11,000,000.00 in insurance coverage for his client in a decision that was recognized by Rhode Island Lawyer’s Weekly as one of the most significant cases of the year.

Attorney James Alexander Hall, IV, is an experienced trial and personal injury attorney licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Connecticut Federal District Court as well as injured workers in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Mohegan Tribal and Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Courts. In 2010, Nicholas was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University School of Law where he was Dean’s List Recipient (2008, 2009, 2010) and joined the Firm the same year. Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Nicholas previously served as law clerk for the Westerly Town Solicitor (2010). In his capacity as law clerk, Nicholas assisted the Town Solicitor as legal advisor to the Town Council, Town Manager, and all other officers, departments and agencies of the Town, as well as appearing for and protecting the rights of the Town in all actions, suits or proceedings, civil or criminal, in law or equity. Nicholas and his wife, Ryanna T. Capalbo, Esq., with their two sons, Finn and Knox, live in Westerly, Rhode Island. Outside of the practice of law, Nicholas enjoys spending time together with his family and friends on the beach.
