Carla V. Garino
Attorney Carla V. Garino has served clients for nearly two decades. She has significant experience in negotiation, litigation, and in handling complex jury trials. Carla obtained her Law Degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. As a founding partner at Webster & Garino LLC, Carla focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, divorce and family law, business law and litigation, and estate planning and administration. Previously an owner of a fitness franchise, Carla offers a unique perspective to business owners to help them avoid and address potential legal issues. She also enjoys assisting individuals in following their dreams to establish new businesses and in helping clients take steps to avoid the associated legal pitfalls. Carla also provides estate planning services to help clients meet their objectives for passing on their legacies. Finally, Carla is an experienced litigator, representing both businesses and individuals in a variety of civil matters.
Emily J. Barry
Emily J. Barry was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2010 and has been selected by SuperLawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Family Law in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Ms. Barry obtained her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Connecticut College with a double major in International Relations and Hispanic Studies. She obtained her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2010 with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Emily has practiced law from offices in Indianapolis since 2010. She is a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator, Collaborative Law Professional and Parenting Coordinator. She also represents children as a Guardian Ad Litem. Ms. Barry provides legal advice to clients in both Spanish and English.

Brianne Mershman
Brianne graduated from Butler University with a degree in Marketing. After graduating, she spent time working in the “real world” before returning to school. Brianne then attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While a law student, Brianne continued to work full time and she was able to gain practical experience in several areas of law. After being admitted to Indiana State Bar, Brianne’s practice mainly focuses on Probate Administration and establishing Guardianships. At Webster and Garino, Brianne primarily focuses on Estate Planning, Probate Administration and Guardianships.

Kristin Korbacher
Attorney Kristin Korbacher earned her degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During her studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of law, building a strong foundation for her practice. At Webster & Garino, Kristin focuses on family law, divorce, contract review, and civil litigation. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, professionalism, and compassion.
