Tom Robenalt has been practicing law for nearly 31 years and his interest in representing people dates to his childhood. His father, an attorney, and mother, whose father and grandfather were lawyers, encouraged Tom to help those in need rather than work for the interests of big corporations. His over 30 years of practice have been devoted to litigation, specifically over 26 years devoted exclusively to the representation of people injured or killed as a result of medical malpractice, auto and truck accidents and professional malpractice cases, including legal malpractice cases. In 1991, Tom began his legal career as a staff attorney in the state court system and then, in early 1993, he joined an insurance defense firm with approximately 80 lawyers. There, Robenalt was trained by sophisticated lawyers to represent corporations, insurance companies, doctors and hospitals in the defense of claims. He quickly realized that fighting against people who had legitimate claims was not rewarding and that he wanted to help people. In 1997, Tom joined a prestigious personal injury and medical malpractice firm, where he had the privilege of representing those injured with catastrophic injuries such as severe brain injuries and amputated limbs. He also fought for the families of those who died due to others' negligence. Within six months of joining that firm, where he practiced law for over 16 years, he obtained a jury verdict in favor of his injured client against a physician who denied any liability or responsibility for the harm that the patient sustained. Tom Robenalt recognizes the importance of giving back to the community, and he is a longtime member and former chairman of the Ethics and Professionalism Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He was also a member of the Development Committee of the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, an organization that provides free legal services to those who can't afford representation, for nearly 8 years. He has been a longtime member of the American Academy of Justice (AAJ0, the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers. Nicholas M. Dodosh

Attorney Nicholas Dodosh has a proven track record of successfully handling complex motor vehicle accidents, personal injury and wrongful death cases, including the most severe cases where individuals have lost limbs or died due to the negligence of others. Carl P. Kasunic

Carl P. Kasunic was born in Cleveland, Ohio attended local schools in Northeast Ohio and, after graduation from high school, volunteered to serve three years in the U.S. Army. During his military enlistment Carl P. Kasunic served with Bravo Company 1st Bn 75th Infantry, Airborne Ranger Battalion. After his military service Carl completed his BA degree in Political Science at Cleveland State University and Law School at Cleveland Marshall College of Law all while employed full time as a representative for a non-profit organization, the Disabled American Veterans, representing disabled veterans and their dependents before the Veteran’s Administration and Social Security Administration. Carl P. Kasunic has been in private practice since 1986 is licensed to practice law in all Ohio Courts, in the U.S. Federal District Court Northern District of Ohio and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has prosecuted claims for individuals in municipal, state, federal and state and federal appellate courts. Carl’s emphasis in his practice of law is in representing the disabled in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims before the Department of Health and Human Services (Social Security Administration). He also represents individuals in all civil litigation matters pertaining to personal injury, negligence, disability, probate and family law matters. Carl P. Kasunic enjoys membership in the Ohio State and Lake County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Organization Of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). He has been a member of the Lake County Bar Associations Settlement Week and Fee Dispute committees. In the recent past and for several years he was also a member of the Lake County Bar Associations Grievance Committee. Carl is a member of the United States Army Ranger Association, The 75th Ranger Regiment Association and the Disabled Americans Veterans. In the past, Carl Kasunic served as a Mock Trial Judge in Lake County for the State of Ohio Mock Trial program and also served as legal advisor for six (6) years for the Andrews School Mock Trial Team. He is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Cuyahoga, Ohio. Carl enjoys golfing, reading and all Cleveland sports teams. Carl retired from practicing law in 2023.

David attended law school at The University of Akron, graduating in 2015, also earning a Certificate in Litigation. During his time in law school he was an active member of the mock trial team, participating in tournaments in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2015, David has focused mainly on the areas of Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation, representing hundreds of clients.
