Edward M. Nass

Edward M. Nass is currently Of Counsel to NASS CANCELLIERE. Mr. Nass has devoted his entire legal career to protecting and pursuing the rights of individuals who have been injured, disabled, or died from asbestos exposure, or the result of accidents, work injuries, medical malpractice and dangerous products. Mr. Nass has particularly distinguished himself as a trial attorney in all types of civil litigation. He has tried to verdict over 350 cases in his career. Twenty of his jury verdicts have been in excess of one million dollars. He has been honored with the Pennsylvania Super Lawyer designation since its inception, and was recently named as one’s TOP ONE PERCENT of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Robert Elliott Paul

Robert Elliott Paul focuses on Occupational Cancer; Asbestos Litigation; Civil Litigation; Personal Injury; Toxic Torts. He was admitted to the bar in 1975 in Pennsylvania and in 1999 in Indiana, as well as various federal courts. He also served as Adjunct Professor at Temple University from 1978-1982.

Casey R. Coburn

Casey Ryan Coburn is a passionate and experienced trial attorney, head of the Asbestos Litigation department at Nass Cancelliere. She represents victims of asbestos-related diseases and their families, including ovarian cancer talc claims, personal injury, and asbestos litigation. She has won several multi-million dollar jury verdicts and secured the highest annual asbestos jury verdicts in Pennsylvania, including a $25 Million award in 2022. She received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005 and was an Assistant Defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia before joining Nass Cancelliere in 2010. She is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Kevin M. Mulderig

Kevin Mulderig brings over 30 years of expansive personal injury litigation experience, with the last 8 years almost exclusively in asbestos litigation. A former Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy, his knowledge of Navy ships and aircraft, as well as shipyard equipment and protocol, is unsurpassed. He graduated from LaSalle University and Widener Law School in 1986. He is a member of numerous Navy/Military Veterans organizations and is approved to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Michael A. Rowe

Michael joined the firm as an Associate in November of 2000. Michael’s practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters, including asbestos law, products liability law, personal injury law, and appellate work. Michael has represented plaintiffs in Arbitrations and he currently serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
