Randolph Rice

Randolph Rice is the managing partner at Rice Law, a former prosecutor, and a National TV legal analyst. He has over eighteen years of legal experience in personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He earned his law degree from Loyola University College of Law and completed a year of instruction at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Alfredo J. Antezana

Alfredo Antezana, a native of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, is the founding partner of Antezana & Antezana, LLC. He began his legal career as a clerk for Commissioner Richard LaFata at the Worker’s Compensation Commission. He then worked as an associate for several other law firms in the local area before opening Antezana & Antezana, LLC in 2001. Alfredo has focused his legal career on representing injured workers in Worker’s Compensation claims. He has represented thousands of clients in hearings before the Worker’s Compensation Commission. He also practices in the areas of automobile accidents, construction accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

Rebecca D. Antezana

Rebecca Antezana is the managing partner of Antezana & Antezana, LLC. She also has an extensive law practice, representing thousands of clients who were injured as the result of motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and medical malpractice claims. A graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, Rebecca also earned her Masters in Business Administration at the same time. Roxana Aquino-Segarra

Roxana Aquino-Segarra was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Roxana earned her B.A. in Business Administration magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus. She received her Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, cum laude. While attending law school, Roxana clerked for the Hon. Jesús Peluyera Santiago. Before moving to Maryland, Roxana worked at a law firm in Puerto Rico where she handled employment law matters and corporate governance issues. Roxana also assisted in the permits process for the development of a cancer clinical facility and in the successful trademark litigation where it was obtained the reversal of an adverse decision on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Roxana previously litigated and assisted in workers’ compensation claims, employment matters and personal injury cases in Maryland state and federal courts at a law firm in Baltimore City. Roxana joined the Antezana & Antezana team in July 2019. She concentrates her practice on Plaintiff’s personal injuries and workers’ compensation claims. Roxana believes that by understanding what her clients are going through she can provide effective legal representation.

Gregory J. Psoras

Gregory J. Psoras is an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled trial attorney with over twenty-five years of courtroom experience. He is a highly intellectual legal scholar with acumen in Maryland law, handling criminal, traffic, civil, and domestic cases. Natalie Hinders

Natalie Hinders joined Malloy Law Offices, LLC in August of 2021. With a background in both, plaintiff’s side personal injury and criminal defense litigation throughout Maryland. Mrs. Hinders has inside knowledge on how best to prove plaintiff’s personal injury cases and has brought about passion for those who are injured. Mrs. Hinders prides herself on a client-focused approach.
