Terry N. Trieweiler
Terry N. Trieweiler served as a Justice on the Montana Supreme Court from 1991 to 2003, authoring over 1,200 opinions. Prior to his judicial service, he was a recognized authority in professional liability, product liability, the Federal Employers Liability Act, and workplace injuries. He graduated from Drake University School of Law in 1973 and was admitted to practice in Montana in 1975.
