Tim Misny

Richard A. Vadnal

Carl P. Kasunic
Carl P. Kasunic was born in Cleveland, Ohio attended local schools in Northeast Ohio and, after graduation from high school, volunteered to serve three years in the U.S. Army. During his military enlistment Carl P. Kasunic served with Bravo Company 1st Bn 75th Infantry, Airborne Ranger Battalion. After his military service Carl completed his BA degree in Political Science at Cleveland State University and Law School at Cleveland Marshall College of Law all while employed full time as a representative for a non-profit organization, the Disabled American Veterans, representing disabled veterans and their dependents before the Veteran’s Administration and Social Security Administration. Carl P. Kasunic has been in private practice since 1986 is licensed to practice law in all Ohio Courts, in the U.S. Federal District Court Northern District of Ohio and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has prosecuted claims for individuals in municipal, state, federal and state and federal appellate courts. Carl’s emphasis in his practice of law is in representing the disabled in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims before the Department of Health and Human Services (Social Security Administration). He also represents individuals in all civil litigation matters pertaining to personal injury, negligence, disability, probate and family law matters. Carl P. Kasunic enjoys membership in the Ohio State and Lake County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Organization Of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). He has been a member of the Lake County Bar Associations Settlement Week and Fee Dispute committees. In the recent past and for several years he was also a member of the Lake County Bar Associations Grievance Committee. Ernest A. Lallo
Ernest A. Lallo, managing partner of Lallo & Feldman supervises the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice. Mr. Lallo with his wife, Helen, reside in Concord Township and have raised four children. He serves on numerous church and private school boards and continually volunteers his time to many charitable and civic causes. As a responsible and involved family man, Mr. Lallo’s respect for the family unit brings a warm and embracing human aspect to Lallo & Feldman. Born and raised in Cleveland, Mr. Lallo graduated magna cumlaude from John Carroll University in 1976. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Lallo has been practicing law with his partner Michael Feldman since 1979. Mr. Lallo’s work in the area of Workers’ Compensation illustrates his special concern for these types of cases. He has testified and lobbied on behalf of claimants’ interests in the Ohio Legislature. He has spoken widely on Workers’ Compensation to many organizations. Mr. Lallo is also a state board certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation, a testament to his experience and knowledge in the field. I see our responsibility as attorneys to first protect the rights of our clients. We must try to maximize the client’s benefits and expedite the legal and administrative processes, which can become quite cumbersome and time-consuming. I try to handle my cases with compassion because clients in these situations are at a difficult point in their lives. This can be very frustrating for them. Michael J. Feldman
Michael J. Feldman supervises the Personal Injury and Criminal practices at Lallo & Feldman. He lives in Orange Village with his wife, Rhonda, and they have raised two children. Mr. Feldman is an active member of his community, from coaching youth sports to being a long-standing board member and volunteer for his Temple. A Cincinnati native, Mr. Feldman graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He continued his education at Boston University Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1976. Mr. Feldman relocated to Cleveland and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1976. Soon thereafter, he joined the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as a staff attorney for two Judges. After two and a half years, he left the Court to begin practicing law, and has been with his partner, Ernie Lallo since then. Mr. Feldman has handled thousands of personal injury and criminal cases, gaining valuable experience in many Court trials. Experience of working in the Court system laid the foundation for a successful, professional relationship with many Cuyahoga County Judges, bailiffs and Court personnel, as well as Judges in other counties including: Ashtabula, Lake, Summit, Portage, Geauga, Lorain, and Medina. Additionally, over 27 years of handling personal injury cases has helped me develop a mutually respectful relationship with insurance defense counsel, as well as hundreds of insurance adjusters.” It is necessary to educate clients as much as possible about how the legal system works. Matthew A. Lallo
Matt Lallo is a partner at Lallo & Feldman who, in addition to general litigation, concentrates his practice on Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Municipal Law. He is a northeast Ohio native who currently lives in Kirtland with his wife, Megan, and two children. Mr. Lallo has been active in the community by volunteering his time and efforts with charitable organizations and supporting his high school alma mater, Notre Dame Cathedral Latin. Mr. Lallo graduated from Miami University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Italian Studies. He continued his education and received his Juris Doctorate at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2009. Mr. Lallo was admitted to practice law in November, 2009. Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Lallo served as a law clerk for Lallo & Feldman where he had the opportunity to interact with clients, perform extensive document review, and research complex issues for the Firm’s attorneys.
