Alan Pearlman

Alan Pearlman, a Philadelphia native, earned his law degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1983. Mark Brownstein

Mark Brownstein serves as Of Counsel at Newman Injury Law. A graduate of Delaware Law School in 1979, he previously served as a Deputy City Solicitor in Philadelphia. Jay Elliott Shor is Senior Counsel at McMenamin & Wing, bringing over 50 years of experience in representing injured workers. He is recognized for his pivotal role in the enactment of a 1996 law that allowed for the full settlement of workers’ compensation claims. Jay holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University (1964) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh (1971).
