Thomas Rhodes

Thomas Rhodes is known for his communication skills and attention to detail. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of St. Francis and a JD from The John Marshall Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a champion of the Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition. He gained experience externing for county judges and working at a Chicago firm focusing on nursing home negligence and medical malpractice.

Hayley Graf

Hayley Graf is a first-generation attorney and a lifelong resident of Will County. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017 and Summa Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from DePaul University College of Law in 2020, receiving numerous CALI Awards. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2021. Her experience includes internships at O’Dekirk, Allred & Associates, a judicial externship, and working as a Law Clerk for a personal injury firm.

Robert O’Dekirk

Robert O’Dekirk is a Managing Partner at O’Dekirk, Allred & Rhodes, LLC. He has a background in public service, having served as a Joliet Police Officer for ten years and as a city prosecutor for Chicago. He also worked with the U.S. Department of State in Iraq. He was elected to the Joliet City Council in 2011 and as Mayor of Joliet in 2015. He practices family law.

Anna Nugent

Anna Nugent is a lifelong resident of Will County. She holds a degree in Agribusiness Markets and Management from the University of Illinois and a JD from The John Marshall Law School. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in November 2017. Her experience includes judicial externships, clerking for Chief Justice Bruce Black, and serving as an assistant state’s attorney and assistant public defender. She is also a youth basketball coach and a member of Erin’s Rovers Ladies Gaelic Football Club.

Brennan Bryan

Brennan Bryan focuses on transactional work, particularly real estate law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois State University with degrees in Accounting and Finance, and Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University with a J.D. and M.B.A. in May 2022. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2022. His experience includes working for State Farm Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Brieser Construction, and a judicial externship.
